Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 고체 촉매를 이용하여 중합체를 제조함에 있어서,(a) 중합시킬 단량체를 직경 10 내지 100㎛ 범위의 에어로졸상으로 형성시키는 단계:(b) 상기 에어로졸상의 단량체를 상압 및 상기 단량체의 비점보다 10 내지 20℃ 낮은 온도에서 기화시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 기화된 에어로졸상의 단량체를 유동층 반응기에서 고체촉매와 접촉시켜 중합반응시키는 단계;를 포함하는, 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서.상기 에어로졸이 0.1 내지 0.001초내에 기화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체의제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고체 촉매가 메탈로센계 촉매인것을 특징으로 하는 중합체의제조방법.
- 제l항에 있어서,상기 고체 촉매가 입자이며, 불활성 기체에 의해 반응계에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체의제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단량체를 불활성 운반 기체와 함께 분출시킴으로써 에어로졸상으로 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체의제조방법.
