Claims (8)
- 구동력을 출력하는 연소엔진, 주행상태에 따라 상기 엔진의 출력을 보조하는 힘을 발생시키는 전기모터, 상기 엔진의 출력으로 발전기로서 기능하는 모터에 의해 발생하는 전기에너지 및 차량이 감속할 때 모터에 의해 회생되는 전기에너지를 축전하는 축전장치를 구비한 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 모터에 의한 엔진의 출력보조 여부를 판정하는 출력보조 판정장치;상기 출력보조 판정장치에 의해 상기 모터가 상기 엔진으로부터의 출력을 보조하지 않는다는 것을 판정한 경우 상기 모터에 의한 발전량을 설정하여 상기 모터에 의한 발전을 행하는 발전제어기; 및상기 발전제어기에 의해 설정된 발전량을 제한하는 발전량 제한기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발전량 제한기는 스로틀 개도에 따라 상기 발전량을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차량의 주행상태에 따라 상기 발전제어기에 의해 설정된 발전량을 보정하는 발전량 보정기도 구비하며,상기 발전량 제한기는 상기 발전량의 보정값을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 구동력을 출력하는 연소엔진, 주행상태에 따라 상기 엔진의 출력을 보조하는 힘을 발생시키는 전기모터, 상기 엔진의 출력으로 발전기로서 기능하는 모터에 의해 발생하는 전기에너지 및 차량이 감속할 때 모터에 의해 회생되는 전기에너지를 축전하는 축전장치를 구비한 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 차량의 주행상태에 따라, 가속 모드, 크루즈 모드, 감속 모드 중 적어도 하나를 판정하는 모드판정장치;상기 모드판정장치에 의해 상기 차량이 크루즈 모드라는 것을 판정한 경우 엔진의 출력보조 없이 모터가 전기에너지를 발생시키도록 지시하는 발전제어기; 및상기 차량의 주행상태에 따라 상기 발전량을 제한하는 발전량 제한기를 구비하며,상기 모터는 상기 발전량 제한기에 의해 제한된 상기 발전량에 기초하여 전기에너지를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 차량의 주행상태에 따라 상기 발전제어기에 의해 설정된 상기 발전량을 보정하는 발전량 보정기를 더 구비하며,상기 발전량 제한기는 상기 발전량의 보정값을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 발전량 제한기는 스로틀 개도에 따라 상기 발전량을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,잔여 축전량을 측정하는 잔여 축전량 측정장치를 더 구비하며,상기 잔여 축전량이 소정의 값보다 작으면, 상기 발전량 제한기는 상기 발전량을 제한하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,잔여 축전량을 측정하는 잔여 축전량 측정장치를 더 구비하며,상기 잔여 축전량이 소정의 값보다 작으면, 상기 발전량 제한기는 상기 발전량을 제한하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
