Claims (10)
- 고무성분 5 내지 15중량부, 알케닐 방향족 화합물 85 내지 95중량부 및 산화방지제 0.1 내지 3.0중량부를 혼합용해시켜 제1 반응기에서 벌크중합을 행하고; 그리고상기 벌크 중합물을 제2 반응기에서 중합개시제, 분산제, 윤활제 및 분산매를 첨가하고 현탁중합하는;단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내화학성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벌크 중합물은 모노머 입자 전환율이 15 내지 45중량%의 범위일 때 제2 반응기로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화학성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무성분은 그 용해점도가 100 내지 400cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화학성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알케닐 방향족 화합물은 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 벤젠환에 알킬치환체를 갖는 스티렌, 벤젠환에 할로겐치환체를 갖는 스티렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화학성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화방지제는 모노 페놀릭 부티레이티드 하이드록시 톨루엔, 폴리 페놀릭 부티레이티드 하이드록시 톨루엔, 힌더드 페놀릭 부티레이티드 하이드록시 톨루엔 등의 힌더드 페놀계의 1차 산화방지제 및 시오이스터계(thioester) 또는 포스파이트계 2차 산화방지제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화학성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무성분 중합체 함량이 13중량부 이상일 경우에는 셀룰로스 화합물의 보조 분산제를 0.1 내지 0.5중량부로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화학성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로스 화합물의 보조 분산제는 히드록시에틸셀룰로스, 메틸셀룰로스, 및 메틸히드록시프로필셀룰로스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화학성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료용액의 고무성분 중합체 함량이 13중량부 이상일 경우에는 100℃ 이하의 90분 반감기 분해온도를 가지는 개시제를 적어도 하나 이상 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화학성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 100℃이하의 90분 반감기 분해온도를 갖는 개시제는 벤조일퍼옥시드, 라우로일퍼옥시드, 아조비스이소부틸로니트릴, t-부틸퍼옥시-2-에틸헥사노에이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화학성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현탁중합 공정에 첨가되는 분산제는 폴리비닐알코올, 인산칼슘, 벤토나이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 및 폴리옥시프로필렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화학성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
