Claims (7)
- 서로 격리되어 대향된 제 1 및 제 2 기판상에 각각 형성된 액정표시소자의 얼라인패턴으로서,상기 제 1 기판상에 복수개의 얼라인패턴이 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 패턴으로서, 각 얼라인패턴이 제 1 등간격을 가지고 배열된 제 1 어레이패턴과,상기 제 2 기판상에 복수개의 얼라인패턴이 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 패턴으로서, 각 얼라인패턴이 제 2 등간격을 가지고 배열된 제 2 어레이패턴을 포함하는 액정표시소자의 얼라인패턴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 등간격은 상기 제 1 등간격보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 얼라인패턴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 어레이패턴의 각 얼라인패턴은 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 얼라인패턴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 어레이패턴의 얼라인패턴의 개수는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 얼라인패턴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 어레이패턴의 각 얼라인패턴의 표면에는 상기 제 1 어레이패턴에 대응되는 얼라인패턴의 중점으로부터의 거리가 XY 좌표값으로 표시된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 얼라인패턴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 어레이패턴은 상기 대응하는 기판상의 소자가 형성되지 않을 비 액티브영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 얼라인패턴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 어레이패턴의 각 얼라인패턴 간격은 제 2 어레이패턴의 얼라인패턴에 대응되는 제 1 어레이패턴의 각 얼라인패턴의 중점으로부터 일정한 비율로 각각 멀어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 얼라인패턴.
