Claims (8)
- 정자계를 발생하는 강자성체(2); 상기 강자성체의 하부에 위치하여 유도자계가 발생되는 가넷자성체(garnet magnet)와 함께 내부단자가 마련되는 내부단자부(20); 상기 내부단자부(20)가 삽입되도록 관통구가 형성되며 일측에 접지저항(6)이 마련된 세라믹소자(3); 및 상기 세라믹소자(3)를 수납하고 입출력단자(4)와 접지단자(5)가 마련된 하부케이스(7)를 포함하여 구성되는 비가역회로소자의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 내부단자부(20)는, 먼저 상기 내부프레임(21)의 내부단자와 대응하는 부위를 포함하도록 동판상에 절연물을 인쇄하고, 절연물이 인쇄된 동판으로부터 내부프레임(21)을 펀칭가공한 다음, 펀칭가공된 내부프레임(21)의 중심상에 가넷소자(22)를 적치한 후, 상기 가넷소자(22)가 적치된 내부프레임(21)의 내부단자들을 차례로 굴곡시켜 형성됨을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 비가역회로소자의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동판상의 절연물의 인쇄는 상기 가넷소자(22)의 상면에서 교차되는 내부프레임(21)의 내부단자와 대응하는 부위를 포함하도록 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연물의 인쇄는 내부프레임(21)의 중간단자(21a)의 상하면에만 실시함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연물은 동판(24)상에 고리형태로 인쇄함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연물은 내부프레임(21)의 내부단자 단면을 기준으로 절연물층이 불연속적으로 형성되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연물은 액상 페이스트이고, 인쇄후 건조를 행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연물은 에폭시 또는 레진계 고분자수지를 함유한 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 절연물은 Ni-Zn페라이트 또는 Ni-Zn-Cu페라이트 자성산화물을 포함된 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
