Claims (8)
- 진동식 레벨 검출장치에 있어서,기부를 고정단(11)으로 하며, 선단부를 폐쇄부(12)로서 폐쇄된 자유단으로 하는 검출 파이프부(1)와,상기 검출 파이프부의 내부에 설치되며, 한 단이 상기 폐쇄부에 고정 장착되고, 다른단에 자석(3, 10)이 설치되어 자유단으로 되는 가늘고 긴 진동편(2)과,상기 검출 파이프부의 내부에 상기 진동편의 축 방향과 마주하도록 배치되며, 상기 진동편을 여진시켜서 상기 검출 파이프부와 상기 폐쇄부와 상기 진동편을 반복하여 진동시키기 위한 전자석(4)과 상기 자석(3, 10)에 의한 진동 발생 수단과,상기 검출 파이프부에 설치되어 상기 반복 진동상태를 검출하는 검출수단(5)을 포함하는 진동식 레벨 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진동편에 장착되는 자석은 영구자석(3)인 진동식 레벨 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진동편에 장착되는 자석은 전자석(10)인 진동식 레벨 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 검출 파이프부의 고정단측 내면에는 나사산이 형성되어 있으며, 한 단에 상기 전자석이 장착되며, 다른 단의 외주면에 상기 검출 파이프부의 내면의 나사산에 나사 결합되는 나사산이 형성된 중공의 내부로드(13)를 포함하는 진동식 레벨 검출장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은 상기 중공의 내부로드의 내벽에 장착되는 진동식 레벨 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은 뒤틀림 검출소자인 진동식 레벨 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은 상기 검출 파이프부의 폐쇄부측에 설치되는 가속도 센서(21)를 포함하는 진동식 레벨 검출장치.
- 진동식 레벨 검출장치에 있어서,기부를 고정단(11)으로 하며, 선단부를 폐쇄부(12)로서 폐쇄된 자유단으로 하는 검출 파이프부(1)와,상기 검출 파이프부의 내부에 설치되며, 한 단이 상기 폐쇄부에 고정 장착되며, 다른 단에 자성체(8, 9)가 설치되어 자유단으로 되는 가늘고 긴 진동편(2)과,상기 검출 파이프부의 내부에 상기 진동편의 축방향과 마주하도록 배치되며, 상기 진동편을 여진시켜서 상기 검출 파이프부와 상기 폐쇄부와 상기 진동편을 반복하여 진동시키기 위한 전자석(4)과 상기 자성체(8, 9)에 의한 진동 발생수단과,상기 검출 파이프부에 설치되며, 상기 반복 진동의 진동상태를 검출하는 검출수단(5)을 포함하는 진동식 레벨 검출장치.
