Claims (2)
- 원료 Ca0함량이 55.4%로 이루어진 CaC03와 68%로 이루어진 HNO3를 반응조내에서 활성탄 0.1%를 투입한 채 중화 반응시킴과; 상기 반응된 용액을 교반조에 투입하되, 이때 온도 저하에 따른 결정형성을 방지하기 위해 교반조를 히팅처리하며, 프리코트제 0.1%와 여과조제인 파라셀 0.1%를 동시 투여하여 교반시키고 이후 상기교반된 용액을 여과조에 투입하여 고순도의 질산칼슘으로 여과되도록 함과; 상기 여과액을 1차 냉각시킨 후 결정장치로 보내 2차 급랭시키어 결정이 완성되도록 함과; 상기 완성된 결정이 탈수조에서 분말상태로 탈수되도록 한 후 샤일로에 충입되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질산칼슘(Ca(NO3)2,4H2O)을 위한 제조공법.
- CaCO3및 HNO3원료가 충입되어진 각 저장조와; 상기 각 저장조로부터 배출된 CaCO355.4%와 HNO368%의 연료에 활성탄 0.1%를 첨가하여 상호중화반응되도록 투입되는 반응조와; 상기 반응된 용액이 투입되어 교반되도록 하되, 고순도의 정제용 프리코트제와 여과조제인 파라셀의 저장조로부터 상기 프리코트제 0.1%과 파라셀 0.1%을 더 투여 받아 교반되도록 한 교반조와; 교반이 완료된 용액의 여과를 위해 마련되는 탈 슬러지기와; 상기 탈 슬러지기를 통해 제조된 고순도의 질산칼슘용액이 결정 형성에 도움되도록 1차 냉각되는 원액 수집조와; 상기 용액이 이후 2차 급랭 처리되어 결정이 입자화되도록 한 정석기와; 상기 결정의 탈수를 위해 마련되는 스크러버; 탈수된 분말 결정이 투입될 수 있는 완제품 이송조; 및 완제품 저장조가 구비되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질산칼슘(Ca(NO3)2,4H2O)을 위한 제조장치.
