Claims (8)
- 평행하게 배열된 다수의 튜브와, 상기 튜브중에서 인접한 한쌍의 튜브사이에 배치된 다수의 휜부재를 가지는 열교환 코어부;상기 각각의 튜브내로 고온수를 분배시키기 위하여 상기 튜브의 일단부에 제공된 입구측 탱크;고온수를 수용하기 위하여 상기 각각의 튜브 타단부에 제공된 출구측 탱크;상기 열교환 코어부의 소정위치에 제공되며, 양극판, 음극판 및 상기 양극판과 음극판사이에 배치된 발열소자를 포함하는 전기 발열체; 및상기 입구측 탱크 또는 출구측 탱크에 부착되며, 양극측 배선부재와 음극측 배선부재가 제공되어지는 전기배선용 커버를 포함하며,상기 양극판과 음극판이 상기 열교환부로부터 절연되며,상기 양극측 배선부재가 양극판에 연결되며,상기 음극측 배선부재가 상기 음극판에 연결된 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기배선용 커버가 탄성수지로 제조되며,상기 전기배선용 커버가 탄성적으로 이동가능한 곡괭이형상의 스토퍼를 가지며,상기 전기배선용 커버는 상기 곡괭이형상의 스토퍼 바깥쪽을 향하여 탄성적으로 넓힘으로써 입구측 탱크 또는 출구측 탱크에 부착되는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극측 배선부재와 음극측 배선부재의 제1단부가 양극판과 음극판에 각각 연결되며,상기 양극측 배선부재와 음극측 배선부재의 제2단부가 입구측 탱크 또는 출구측 탱크의 단부에 길이방향으로 배치된 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기배선용 커버가 요(凹)부를 가지며,상기 양극측 배선부재와 음극측 배선부재가 요(凹)부내에 배치된 열교환기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 양극측 배선부재와 음극측 배선부재가 상기 요(凹)부에 압착고정되는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극측 배선부재와 음극측 배선부재가 각각 연결홀을 가지며,상기 전기배선용 커버가 상기 연결홀에 각각 삽입되어지는 핀부재를 가지며,상기 양극측 배선부재와 음극측 배선부재는 연결홀내로 핀부재를 삽입시킴으로써 전기배선용 커버에 고정되는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극측 배선부재와 음극측 배선부재는 그들 각각의 단부에 단자를 가지며,상기 양극판과 음극판은 그들 각각의 단부에 단자부를 가지며,상기 양극측 배선부재와 음극측 배선부재의 단자부는 상기 전기배선용 커버가 입구측 탱크 또는 출구측 탱크에 부착될 때, 서로 압입되어 양극판과 음극판의 단자부에 전기적으로 연결하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,전도성재질로 제조된 자기보호물이 상기 양극측 배선부재와 음극측 배선부재의 외측에 제공된 열교환기.
