Claims (2)
- (가)저해 킬레이트성 물질로부터의 시료내 저해 킬레이트성 물질과 결합한 측정대상 금속을 유리시키는, 측정대상 금속이외의 금속을 시료에 5㎛ 내지 2M의 양으로 첨가하고; (나)측정대상금속을 특이적으로 겸합시키거나 또는 효소를 첨가하기 위해 발색물질을 시료에 첨가하고; 및 (다)발색물질로부터 유래된 신호 또는 효소활성을 분광광학적으로 측정하는 단계로 구성된, 저해 킬레이트성 물질을 함유하는 생체시료중 금속의 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정대상 금속은 마그네슘, 철, 아연, 칼륨, 칼슘, 망간, 알루미늄, 카드뮴, 크롬, 수은, 구리, 납, 니켈, 셀렌, 비스무트, 비소, 나트륨 및 인으로 구성된 군에서 선택되며, 상기 측정대상 금속이외의 금속은 란탄, 망간, 테르븀, 이트륨, 이테리븀, 파라듐, 갈륨, 스트론튬, 알루미늄, 코발트, 비스무트 및 니켈로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
