Claims (10)
- 케이블의 복수의 와이어쌍을 종결시키는 접촉부(30)를 가지며, 다른 와이어 접촉부(45)가 상기 접촉부(30)에 접속할 수 있게 하는 연결 통로 개구(35)를 갖는 블록(16)과; 상기 접촉부(30)에 전기적으로 플러깅하기 위한 접촉부(45)를 갖는 플러그(20)를 구비하며, 와이어쌍들을 다른 와이어쌍들에 접속하기 위한 전기 접속기에 있어서, 상기 블록(16)은 복수의 와이어를 횡방향으로 지지하는 수단을 포함하는 베이스(21)와, 상기 베이스(21)에 고정되도록 되어 있는 커버(18)와, 상기 블록(16)내의 상기 접촉부(30)와 접촉을 이루기 위한 복수의 플러그(20)를 포함하는데, 상기 커버(18)는 상기 베이스(21)에 의해 지지되는 와이어와 접속되고 상기 베이스(21)내에서 와이어의 단부를 에워싸는 복수의 단자 접촉부(30)를 가지며, 상기 접촉부(30)에 연결 통로를 제공하는 구멍(35)의 쌍들을 가지며, 상기 구멍(35)에 대해 상기 구멍쌍들을 분극화하기 위한 위치 선정 수단(36,37)을 가지며, 상기 플러그(20)는 양단부를 갖는 절연 몸체(40)와, 일단부상에 지지된 힌지 캡(41)과, 상기 몸체(40)내에서 양단부를 가지고 지지된 스플라이싱 접촉부(45)를 포함하는데, 상기 접촉부(45)의 일단부(50)는 상기 단자 접촉부(30)와 전기 접속을 이루도록 소리굽쇠형 접촉부로 되어 있고, 상기 접촉부(45)의 타단부(51)는 점퍼 와이어와 전기 접속을 이루도록 절연 변위 접촉부로 되어 있으며, 상기 캡(41)은 상기 점퍼 와이어와 상기 스플라이싱 접촉부(45)의 상기 타단부(51)간의 접속을 용이하게 하는 수단과, 상기 스플라이싱 접촉부(45)의 상기 타단부(51)에 연결 통로를 제공하는 구멍(60)과, 상기 구멍(60)에 대해 상기 캡(41)상의 제 2 플러그의 적당한 위치를 제공하는 위치 선정 수단(61,62)을 가지며, 상기 몸체(40)의 타단부는 상기 단자 접촉부(30) 또는 스플라이싱 접촉부(45)와 전기 접촉을 이루도록 상기 구멍(35,60)내의 상기 스플라이싱 접촉부(45)의 상기 일단부(50)를 위치시키기 위해 상기 커버(18)의 위치 선정 수단(36,37) 또는 캡(41)의 위치 선정 수단(61,62)과 정합하는 수단(43)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커버(18)는 베이스 부재내에 배치된 와이어와 접속을 이루기 위한 두행의 단자 접촉부(30)를 가지며, 각 행에서의 하나의 접촉부는 상기 각 와이어와 전기 접속을 이루도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커버(18)는 상기 두행의 각 단자 접촉부(30)에 연결통로를 제공하도록 배치된 두행의 구멍(35)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 위치 선정 수단(36,37)은 상기 행들중 한 행의 구멍(35)위에 상기 커버(18)상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치 선정 수단은 상기 한쌍의 구멍 둘레에 공동을 형성하는 벽수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플러그(20)는 상기 한쌍의 스플라이싱 접촉부(45)를 구비하고, 상기 소리굽쇠형 접촉 부분(50)은 상기 절연 변위 부분(51)에 대해 각을 이루는 관계로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 몸체(40), 상기 몸체에 지지되며 상기 몸체의 일단부로부터 연장된 한쌍의 접촉부(45), 및 상기 몸체의 타단부에서 상기 접촉부(45)와 전기 접속을 이루도록 와이어의 연결 통로를 제공하는 구멍을 구비하며, 제 2쌍의 와이어에 한쌍의 와이어를 접속시키기 위한 전기 플러그에 있어서, 상기 몸체(40)는 상기 몸체의 타단부에 힌지되는 캡(41)을 포함하고, 상기 몸체의 상기 일단부는 리세스 수단과, 한쌍의 동일한 접촉부(45)를 지지하며 리셉터클의 관계로 상기 접촉부(45)를 분극화하는 접촉 지지수단(43)을 포함하며, 상기 캡(41)은 상기 캡이 상기 몸체의 타단부를 폐쇄할 때 상기 접촉부(45)와 접속을 이루기 위한 한쌍의 와이어를 지지하는 와이어 수납 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 플러그.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 캡(41)은 상기 몸체(40)에 대면하는 상기 캡의 일측부상에 배치된 상기 와이어 수납 수단을 포함하고, 정합 플러그에 대한 리셉터클을 한정하는 수단(61,62)은 상기 캡(41)의 타측부상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 플러그.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 지지 수단(43)은 상기 몸체(40)내에서 상기 접촉부(45)를 지지하는 구멍 수단 및 리세스 수단과 일체형으로 성형된 지지부를 포함하고, 상기 접촉부는 양단부(50,51)를 갖는데, 그 일단부(50)는 외부 부재와의 접속을 위해 상기 접촉 지지 수단(43)으로부터 상기 몸체의 일측부를 넘어 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 플러그.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접촉부(45)의 쌍은 타단부상에 와이어 절연 변위 접촉 부분(51)과 상기 일단부상에 소리굽쇠형 접촉 부분(50)을 갖는 금속 박판을 포함하고, 상기 소리굽쇠형 접촉 부분(50)은 상기 절연 변위 부분(51)과 각을 이루는 관계로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 플러그.
