Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 코발트-몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매:CoxMoyN (I)상기에서,x는 Co의 원자 분율로서, 3이상의 수이고;y는 Mo의 원자 분율로서, 3이상의 수이며; 및,x/x+y는 0.2 내지 0.8이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,코발트-몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매가 담체에 대하여 10 내지 20중량%로 담체에 담지된 것을 특징으로 하는코발트-몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매.
- 제 2항에 있어서,담체는 알루미나, 실리카, 티타니아, 마그네시아 및 활성탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는코발트-몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매.
- (ⅰ) 코발트나이트레이트 헥사하이드레이트(Co(NO3)2·6H2O) 및 암모니움헵타몰리브데이트 테트라하이드레이트((NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O)를 코발트 및 몰리브데늄에 대한 코발트의 원자분율비(x/x+y)가 0.2 내지 0.8이 되도록 증류수에 용해시켜, 5 내지 30%의 Co-Mo 수용액을 수득하는 공정;(ⅱ) 수득한 Co-Mo 수용액을 진공 건조한 다음, 400 내지 600℃에서 소성하여, Co-Mo 산화물을 수득하는 공정; 및,(ⅲ) 수득한 Co-Mo 산화물을 반응기에 넣고, 질화제를 유입시키면서 반응기의 온도를 분당 3 내지 7℃의 승온속도로 400 내지 800℃까지 천천히 가온한 다음, 전기 온도에서 30분 내지 2시간동안 유지시키는 공정을 포함하는 코발트-몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,수득한 Co-Mo 수용액에 담체를 담체에 대한 코발트-몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매의 함량이 10 내지 20중량%가 되도록 가하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는코발트-몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,질화제는 암모니아 또는 질소/수소 혼합가스인 것을 특징으로 하는코발트-몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매의 제조방법.
