Abstract

본 발명은 콘디셔너, 중화제, 세정제, 보습제, 유탁제 및 점증제와 함께 유성물질이 함유된 직경 0.3 내지 3.0mm의 캡슐 0.2 내지 6.0 중량%와 이 캡슐의 분산 안정화 물질로서 PVM/MA 데카디엔 크로스폴리머 0.15 내지 2.0 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샴푸 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Description

유성물질이 충진된 캡슐을 함유하는 샴푸 조성물
본 발명은 유성물질을 충진한 캡슐을 포함하는 샴푸 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 자세하게는, 본 발명은 유성물질을 충진한 캡슐이 샴푸조성물중에 균일하고 안정하게 분산될 수 있도록 분산안정화제로서 PVM/MA 데카디엔 크로스폴리머(Decadiene Crosspolymer)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 샴푸 조성물에 관한 것이다.
현대인의 피부와 모발은 잦은 세발로 인하여 피지나 보습 성분이 모두 제거되어 건조해지고 거칠어지는 경향이 있다. 이러한 모발을 회복시키기 위해 모발 콘디셔너, 트리트먼트 또는 겸용 샴푸가 사용되고 있다. 그러나 모발 콘디셔너나 트리트먼트는 그 사용이 번거러우며, 겸용 샴푸는 다만 콘디셔닝(린스)을 강화한 정도에 불과하며 모발의 세정과 콘디셔닝 기능 모두 만족스럽지 못한 실정이다. 특히, 겸용 샴푸는 음이온 계면 활성제가 주종인 샴푸의 제형중에 양이온 계면 활성제나 오일과 친화성이 있는 물질(oil-soluble)들이 추가된 것으로 샴푸 본래의 기능인 세정력과 풍성한 기포력 등이 약화되었고 콘디셔닝 기능도 저조한 편이다.
샴푸에 오일 자체를 첨가하는 경우, 그 함량은 극히 제한적이고 오일은 제품내에서 가용화되어 있어 모발에 대한 미용 기능보다 샴푸 본래의 기능을 저해하는 역기능이 더 강하다는 문제점이 있다. 샴푸나 액제 세정제에 고체물질을 분산시키는 기법은 미국의 P&G사가 잔탄검과 기타 첨가제를 병용하였고(Journal of Food Sci. Vol. 49, 1984, p1271-; EP 0-285-388; USP 4-854-3388; EP 0-312-234; USP 4-345-080; UPK 2-187-197), 일본의 카오사에서 폴리비닐알콜(PVA, Polyvinylalcohol)을 이용한 바 있다. 그러나, 이들 기법은 유성물질을 포함하여 25℃에서 비중이 0.5 내지 0.95 정도인 캡슐을 샴푸에 분산 안정화하는데는 전혀 유효하지 않았다.
본 발명이 제공하는 샴푸는 새로운 분산계를 가지고 있는데, 25℃에서 점도 4,000 내지 20,000 cps를 유지하면서 유동도와 기타 사용성이 우수한 장점이 있으며, 또한 그 제조공정이 더욱 용이하고 장기 보존성이 향상 된 것이다. 본 발명의 샴푸는 세발시 양이온성이나 폴리머 물질들이 화학적으로 모발에 흡착함과 동시에 유성물질이 충진된 캡슐이 모발에 물리적으로 마찰되어 터지면서 모발 표면에 얇은 유성막을 형성하고 이 유성막이 모발건조 후에도 모발을 물리적으로 보호하면서 유성 성분 특유의 광택을 발하여 모발 미용을 완성한다.
본 발명은 유성물질이 충진된 직경 0.3 내지 3.0mm의 캡슐 0.2 내지 6.0 중량%를 포함하고 캡슐의 분산 안정화 물질로서 0.15 내지 2.0 중량%의 PVM/MA 데카디엔 크로스폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샴푸 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명이 제공하는 샴푸는 광물성유, 지용성 비타민, 에스테르유, 정유(essential oil) 및 식물성 쿠션 오일(cushion oil), 동물성유 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택적으로 충진된 캡슐을 함유한다. 이때 광물성유에는 액상 파라핀, 지용성 비타민에는 비타민 E나 그 유도체, 비타민 A나 그 유도체, 에스테르유에는 호호바유, 식물성 쿠션오일에는 미도우품유, 마카다미아유, 동물성유에는 에뮤오일(Emu oil)을 들 수 있으며, 반드시 이에 한정되지는 않는다.
캡슐의 벽 또는 구형 입자를 이루는 물질은 한천, 알긴산염, 젤라틴, 폴리아미드, 락토오스, 셀룰로오스와 그 유도체, 또는 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택적으로 구성될 수 있다. 캡슐의 벽두께는 50 내지 1,500㎛로 바람직하게는 100 내지 700㎛이다. 캡슐의 크기는 직경 0.2 내지 6.0mm일 수 있으나 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 3.0mm이다. 본 발명의 샴푸에서 캡슐의 함유량은 0.2 내지 6.0 중량% 일 수 있다.
본 발명의 샴푸계에서 특징적으로 사용한 분산 안정화 물질인 PVM/MA데카디엔 크로스폴리머는 바람직하게는 0.15 내지 2.0 중량%를 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 샴푸계에서 분산 안정화 보조 물질로 중화물질인 트리에탄올아민, 디에탄올아닌, 모노에탄올아민, 수산화나트륨이나 수산화칼륨을 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 샴푸계에서 산도는 바람직하게는 6.0 내지 7.7이다.
본 발명의 샴푸 조성물의 구성 성분을 자세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
(1)유성 캡슐
본 발명에서 캡슐에 충진되는 물질은 액상 파라핀 등의 광물성유, 비타민 E와 그 유도체, 비타민 A와 그 유도체 등의 지용성 비타민, 호호바유와 같은 에스테르유, 일부 식물의 정유, 미도우폼유, 마카다미아유 등과 같은 소위 식물성 쿠션오일 등과 에뮤오일 등 동물성유도 모두 가능하다. 캡슐의 벽이나 모체를 이루는 물질은 한천, 알긴산염, 젤라틴, 폴리아미드, 락토오스, 셀룰로오스와 그 유도체, 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된다. 캡슐벽의 두께는 액체 제품에서 영향을 받지 않을 정도인 50 내지 1,500㎛로 이 경우 안정도면에서 양호하였으며, 바람직하게는 100 내지 700㎛이다. 캡슐 입자의 크기는 0.2 내지 6.0mm로 이 경우 제품에 안정하게 분산될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 3.0mm로 이 경우 그 효용성이 컸다.
(2) 계면활성제
본 발명의 샴푸 조성물은 음이온 계면활성제, 양쪽이온성 계면활성제, 또는 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택된 계면활성제를 함유한다. 본 발명에서는 대부분의 음이온 계면활성제가 사용될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 알킬황산염류, 카아복실레이트류, 단백계, 아미노산계 계면활성제이고, 탄소수가 8 내지 22인 알킬기를 갖거나 에틸렌옥시드가 부가된 경우에는 부가 몰수 1 내지 12로 나트륨염, 암모늄염, 트리에탄올염의 형태로 사용된다. 그 사용량은 순수하게 4 내지 30 중량%이며, 바람직하게는 8 내지 20 중량%이다. 본 발명에서 사용되는 양쪽이온성 계면활성제는 코카미도프로필 베타인 등 베타인계, 코카미도프로필 셀테인 등의 셀테인계, 코코암포카르복시글리시네이트 등의 이미다졸계 계면활성제가 보통이다. 이들의 탄소수는 8 내지 22이고, 그 사용량은 순수하게 1.5 내지 중량 10%이며 바람직하게는 2 내지 6 중량%이다. 양쪽이온성 계면활성제와 음이온성 계면활성제의 혼합물을 사용할 경우, 양쪽이온성 계면활성제 대 음이온 계면활성제의 처방비를 2 : 1 내지 3 : 1로 사용하면 항자극효과와 콘디셔닝현상이 있다.
(3) 분산계
본 발명의 샴푸 조성물에는 캡슐의 분산 안정화를 목적으로 특정적으로 PVM/MA 데카디엔 크로스폴리머를 함유하는데 그 사용량은 순수하게 0.15 내지 2.0 중량%이며, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 1.3 중량%이다. PVM/MA 데카디엔 크로스폴리머는 사전 용해시켜 사용하는 경우가 보다 양호한 효과를 보인다.
(4) 점증/기포 안정제
본 발명의 조성물에는 탄소수가 8 내지 14인 알칸올아미드류 중에서 모노에탄올아미드 또는 디에탄올아미드를 함유하며, 바람직하게는 라우린산 디에탄올아미드(LDE), 코카미드에탄올아미드(CDE), 라우로일미리스토일디에탄올아미드(LMDE), 코카미드모노에탄올아민(CNE) 또는 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택하여 1.5 내지 6.0 중량% 만큼 사용한다.
(5) 폴리머형 콘디셔너
본 발명의 샴푸 조성물에는 폴리퀴터늄-10(UCC사의 Polymer-JR), 구아히드록시프로필트리모늄클로라이드(Rhone-Poulene사의 Jaguar C-13S), 폴리쿼터늄-7(Calgon사의 Merquat-550) 또는 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택된 폴리머형 콘디셔너를 함유한다. 그 사용량은 순수하게 0.1 내지 1.2 중량%이며 바람직하게는 0.12 내지 0.55 중량%이다.
(6) 보습제
본 발명의 샴푸 조성물에는 헥실렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 젖산나트륨, 피롤리돈카아복실산나트륨염(PCA-Na) 또는 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택된 보습제를 함유한다. 그 사용량은 0.3 내지 3.5 중량%이며, 바람직하게는 0.7 내지 2.0 중량%이나 점도에 따라 가감할 수 있다.
(7)유탁제
본 발명의 샴푸 조성물에는 유탁제로 주로 글리콜스테아레이트를 함유하며 그 함량은 0.3 내지 2.5 중량%이다.
(8) 콘디셔너
본 발명의 샴푸 조성물에는 탄소수가 10 내지 22인 알킬트리메틸암모늄클로라이드(ATAC), 디알킬디메틸암모늄클로라이드(DDAC), 트리세틸메틸암모늄클로라이드(TCMAC), 또는 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택된 콘디셔너를 함유한다. 그 사용량이 순수하게 0.2 내지 2.5 중량%인 경우에는 모발이 부드러움과 탄력과 윤기를 주게된다. 본 발명의 샴푸 조성물에는 또 다른 윤기부여/코팅제로 실리콘 화합물인 디메티콘(dimethicone), 디메티콘코폴리올(dimethicone copolyol), 아모디메티콘(amodimethicone) 또는 이들의 혼합물을 선택하여 사용한다. 그 사용량은 디메티콘을 기준으로 중량비 0.2 내지 2.0 중량%이고 중합도는 점도로 표시하여 5,000 cps-Gum까지이다. 본 발명의 조성물에는 모발의 광택 유지와 샴푸 분산계에 틱소트로피(thixotropy)를 주기위해 지방알콜이 사용되는데, 주로 세틸알콜과 스테아릴알콜, 베헤닐알콜(Behenyl alcohol) 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택하여 0.15 내지 1.5 중량%로 사용할 수 있다.
(9) 중화제
용해된 분산제를 중화하여 샴푸 분산계에 안정성을 확보하기 위해 중화 공정을 거친다. 본 발명에서는 중화제로 모노에탄올아민, 디에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민, 수산화칼륨 또는 수산화나트륨중에서 선택하여 사용할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 사용량은 반드시 중화량까지일 필요는 없고, 바람직하게는 제품의 산도가 6.0 내지 7.7이 되도록 첨가한다. 첨가시에는 물로 미리 희석하여 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
(10) 기타
본 발명의 샴푸 조성물에는 단백계 모발 영양제와 모발이나 피부에 대한 보호 기능이 있는 동식물성 생리활성 물질 등을 필요에 따라 함유할 수 있다. 제품중에 함유되는 특정 물질의 안정화를 위해 트윈계 계면 활성제도 사용된다.
본 발명의 샴푸의 제조방법은 다음과 같다.
제1단계 : 가온 설비가 있는 용해조에서 분산제-프리믹스를 제조하는데 필요한 양의 물을 넣고 교반하면서 분말상의 PVM/MA 데카디엔 크로스폴리머를 넣고 교반 속도를 점차로 높이면서 60℃까지 가온하여 용해를 완료한다.
제2단계 : 제조 가마(batch)에 나머지 양을 물을 넣고 서서히 교반하면서 분산제-프리믹스를 첨가하고 세정제와 콘디셔너-프리믹스를 첨가하여 적절히 교반한다.
제3단계 : 유타제를 첨가하여 65℃ 이상까지 가온 교반하여 용해시키고 50℃로 냉각한 다음 디메티콘 등의 콘디셔너를 서서히 첨가하여 계속 교반한다.
제4단계 : 보습제와 중화제를 동시에 첨가하여 적정 산도로 중화한다.
제5단계 : 점증/기포 안정제를 첨가하고 교반하여 계를 완성한다. 이단계까지의 온도는 45℃ 정도로 유지시킨다.
제6단계 : 캡슐을 첨가하고 서서히 교반하여, 캡슐에 손상이 없이 혼합한다. 이 경우 패들(paddle) 교반을 원칙으로 한다. 염이 필요하다면 이 공정에서 첨가 용해한다.
제7단계 : 35℃이하까지 계가 냉각된 다음 모발 영양제 등 저온 첨가물을 첨가하고 교반한다.
제8단계 : 방부제, 향료, 색소 및 여분의 물을 첨가하고 적당하게 교반하여 공정을 완료한다.
하기 실시예로 본 발명의 샴푸 조성물을 예시한다.
[실시예 1 내지 4]
하기 표 1에 기재된 성분 및 조성을 사용하여 상기 제법에 따라 본 발명의 샴푸 조성물을 제조하였다.
1) PVM/MA 데카디엔 크로스폴리머는 상품명 Stavileze-0.6으로 미국 ISP사 제품이다. 화학적 표현은 메틸비닐에테르/말레인산부수물이 가교결합된 공중합체(Copolymer of Methyl Vinyl Ether/Maleic Anhydride, Crosslinked)이다.
2) 유니스피어(Unisphere)는 스위스 인더켐(Induchem)사 제품으로 락토오스, 셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스 및 유성 비타민 유도체로 이루어진 구형의 작은 입자로 그 크기는 0.3 내지 1.0mm로 엄밀히 규정하면 캡슐의 범주에 들지 않으나 본 발명의 기능과 일치하고 최초로 샴푸중에서 안정한 분산을 이루었으므로 그 조성을 제공한다.
3) 니콜 AC(Nikkol AC)은 마카다미아유, 미도우품유, 호호바유, 동백유등 쿠션송식물유, 지성용 비타민 또는 이들의 혼합물을 선택적으로 충진한 캡슐로, 캡슐의 벽은 한천과 알긴산염으로 구성되어 있고 입자 크기는 0.5 내지 1.5mm이다. 공업체는 일본의 니코 케미칼(Nikko Chemical)사이다.
4) 리포펄(LipoPearl)은 미국 리포 테크놀로지(Lipo Technology)사 제공 원료이며 액체 파라핀 등의 광물성 오일, 유성 비타민, 동물성 오일 또는 이들의 혼합물을 선택하여 캡슐속에 함유시킨 것이다. 캡슐벽은 동물성인 젤라틴으로 구성되어 있다. 입자 크기는 0.8 내지 5mm이다.
5) 밀리스피어(Millisphere)는 프랑스 솔라비아(Solabia)사 제품으로 동식물성유와 지용성 비타민으로 캡슐을 충진하였고, 셀(cell)벽은 알긴산 유도체로 되어 있어 다소 취약하므로 염결합으로 그 강도를 보충하여야 한다.
6) 밀리캡슐(Millicapsule)은 미국의 리포텍(Lipotec)사 제품으로 가벼운 광물성유로 충진되어 있고 셀벽은 폴리아미드이다. 입자 크기는 1.0 내지 4mm이다.
[비교실시예 1 내지 4]
하기 표 2에 기재된 성분 및 조성을 사용하여 동일한 제법에 따라 대조용 샴푸 조성물을 제조하였다.
[분산안정성시험]
실시예 1 내지 4 및 비교실시예 1 내지 4의 각 조성물을 5℃, 상온, 45℃의 온도 및 동결해동(Freeze Thaw) 조건(영하 10℃에서 24시간, 45℃에서 24시간씩 번갈아 보관)에서 3개월을 방치하며 격일 간격으로 안정도를 관찰하였다. 그 결과는 하기 표 3에 나타나 있다.

  1. 유성물질이 충진된 캡슐, 분산제, 콘디셔너, 중화제, 세정제, 보습제, 유탁제 및 점증제를 함유하는 샴푸조성물에 있어서, 직경 0.3 내지 3.0mm의 캡슐 0.2 내지 6.0 중량%와 이 캡슐의 분산 안정화 물질로서 PVM/MA 데카디엔 크로스폴리머 0.15 내지 2.0 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샴푸 조성물.
