Abstract

본 발명은 가변 리플렉터가 장착된 차량용 헤드램프에 관한 것으로, 내부와 연통되도록 상면에 형성된 체결홈(16)과, 원주둘레 일정길이를 따라 형성된 슬롯형상의 가이드 홈(34)을 구비하고, 헤드 램프(10)를 내장하는 원통형의 하우징(36)과; 상면에는 길이방향으로 랙부(14)가 형성되고, 상기 가이드 홈(34)에 개재되는 호형의 보호 리플렉터(12)와; 상기 보호 리플렉터(12)를 원주방향으로 회전 시키는 회전부재(26)와; 상기 보호 리플렉터(12)를 전후로 이동 시키는 작동 부재(40)로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

가변 리플렉터가 장착된 차량용 헤드램프
본 발명은 차량용 헤드램프에 관한 것으로, 특히 가변되는 리플렉터를 이용하여 주사량을 집중시키는 헤드램프(variable reflector mounted head lamp for automobile)에 관한 것이다.
헤드램프는 야간에 전방의 진로를 비추는 주요한 기능을 하는 조명등으로서 전조등으로서도 언급되며, 야간에 전방 100m의 거리에 있는 교통상의 장애물을 확인할 수 있는 밝기를 필요로 하지만, 나라에 따라 성능기준이 다르게 된다. 따라서 상기 헤드램프에는 법령으로 정해진 밝기를 가지며, 빔을 상하좌우방향으로 조절할 수 있도록 하기 위한 헤드램프 에이밍 장치가 제공된다. 또 대향 차량과 교차할 때 눈부심을 주지않는 성능을 가지고 있어야 하므로 주행용, 교차용의 필라멘트가 있으며, 각각 리플렉터로 반사되어 주행빔 및 교차빔이 되며, 이들이 렌즈에 의해 적절한 배광이 되어 전방을 비추게 되어 있다.
그러나, 상기와 같이 구조되는 종래기술에 따른 헤드램프는, 교차빔 사용 때 두 개의 필라멘트를 사용하는 벌브가 이용되더라도 상향으로 조사되는 빔이 발생되어 대향차량의 운전자의 안전운행에 문제점을 야기 시킨다.
따라서, 본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 종래기술에 따른 헤드램프에 내재되었던 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창안된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 가변되는 보호 리플렉터를 헤드 램프에 장착시켜 교차빔시 상향 불빛을 차단하고 조사량을 집중 시키므로써 안전운행에 기여하고 편리성이 증대되는 가변 리플렉터가 장착된 차량용 헤드램프를 제공함에 있다.
도 1 은 본 발명에 따른 가변 리플렉터가 장착된 헤드램프의 개략적인 구성도.

본 발명에 의해 상기 목적은 쉽게 달성되며, 본 발명에 따른 가변 리플렉터가 장착된 헤드램프는, 내부와 연통되도록 상면에 형성된 체결홈과, 원주둘레 일정길이를 따라 형성된 슬롯형상의 가이드 홈을 구비하고, 헤드 램프를 내장하는 원통형의 하우징과; 상면에는 길이방향으로 랙부가 형성되고, 상기 가이드 홈에 개재되는 호형의 보호 리플렉터와; 상기 보호 리플렉터를 원주방향으로 회전 시키는 회전부재와; 상기 보호 리플렉터를 전후로 이동 시키는 작동 부재로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 다른 일면에 따라, 상기 회전부재는, 상기 체결홈에 삽입되어 상기 랙부와 맞물리는 피니언이 중심축에 장착된 모터와; 스티어링 휠의 각도를 감지하는 각 속도 센서(AVS)와; 상기 각 속도 센서의 신호에 따라 상기 모터를 정역으로 회전시키는 ECU를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일면에 따라, 상기 작동부재는, 상기 하우징의 후방 상단에 설치된 롤러와, 상기 하우징의 후방 하단에 설치된 작동기와, 상기 보호 리플렉터의 후단부에서 상기 롤러를 거쳐 상기 작동기를 연결하는 케이블, 및 운전석의 일정부위에 설치되어 상기 작동기를 작동시키는 스위치를 포함한다.
본 발명의 상기 특성에 따라, 교차빔 시에는 상기 스위치를 조작하면 상기 작동기에 의해 상기 보호 리플렉터가 전진하여 상향 불빛을 차단하고 조사량을 집중시킨다. 그리고, 코너링 시에는 스티어링 휠의 회전각도에 따른 상기 각 속도 센서의 신호를 감지한 상기 ECU의 작동으로 상기 회전부재가 상기 보호 리플렉터를 좌 또는 우로 회전 시킨다.
이하, 첨부한 도면을 참조로 하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상술하며, 도면 전체를 통하여 동일한 부분에는 동일한 도면부호를 사용하기로 한다.
도 1 은 본 발명에 따른 가변 리플렉터가 장착된 헤드램프의 개략적인 구성도로, 본 발명에 따른 헤드 램프(10)는 하우징(36), 보호 리플렉터(12), 회전부재(26), 작동부재(40)로 이루어 지며, 상기 하우징(36)은 내부와 연통되도록 상면에 형성된 체결홈(16)과, 원주둘레 일정길이를 따라 형성된 슬롯형상의 가이드 홈(34)을 구비하며, 상기 헤드 램프(10)를 내장하는 원통형이다.
상기 보호 리플렉터(12)는 상면에 길이방향으로 랙부(14)가 형성되고, 상기 가이드 홈(34)에 개재되어 슬라이딩되는 호형의 부재이다. 상기 보호 리플렉터(12)를 원주방향으로 회전 시키는 상기 회전부재(26)는 상기 체결홈(16)에 삽입되어 상기 랙부(14)와 맞물리는 피니언(20)이 중심축에 장착된 모터(18)와, 도면에는 도시하지 않았지만 스티어링 휠의 각도를 감지하는 각 속도 센서(AVS, angular velocity sensor)(24)와, 상기 각 속도 센서(24)의 신호에 따라 상기 모터(18)를 정역으로 회전시키는 ECU(22)를 포함한다.
그리고, 상기 보호 리플렉터(12)를 전후로 이동 시키는 상기 작동 부재(40)는 롤러(28), 작동기(32), 케이블(30), 스위치(38) 등으로 구성되며, 상기 롤러(28)는 상기 하우징(36)의 후방 상단에 설치되고, 상기 작동기(32)는 상기 하우징(36)의 후방 하단에 설치되나 차체 패널에 장착되도 무방하다. 상기 보호 리플렉터(12)의 후단부에서 상기 롤러(28)를 거쳐 상기 작동기(32)를 상기 케이블(30)이 연결하고, 상기 스위치(38)는 운전석의 일정부위에 설치되어 상기 작동기(32)를 작동시킨다.
본 발명의 상기와 같은 구성에 의해, 교차빔 시에는 상기 스위치(38)를 조작하면 상기 작동기(32)에 의해 상기 보호 리플렉터(12)가 전진하여 상향 불빛을 차단하고 조사량을 집중시킨다. 그리고, 코너링 시에는 스티어링 휠의 회전각도에 따른 상기 각 속도 센서(24)의 신호를 감지한 상기 ECU(22)의 작동으로 상기 모터(18)가 좌 또는 우로 회전함에 따라 상기 보호 리플렉터(12)는 상기 가이드 홈(34)내에서 좌 또는 우로 회전된다.
본 발명의 상기한 바와 같은 구성 및 작용에 따라, 교차빔시 상향 불빛을 차단하여 조사량을 집중 시키고, 코너링시 좌우로 분산되는 빛을 운전자가 의도하는 방향으로 집중시킬 수 있으므로 안전운행에 기여하고, 편리성이 증대된다.
본 발명을 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 관련하여 도시하고 설명하였지만, 이하의 특허청구의 범위에 의해 마련되는 본 발명의 정신이나 분야를 이탈하지 않는 한도내에서 본 발명이 다양하게 개조 및 변화될 수 있다는 것을 당 업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 용이하게 알 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 내부와 연통되도록 상면에 형성된 체결홈과, 원주둘레 일정길이를 따라 형성된 슬롯형상의 가이드 홈을 구비하고, 헤드 램프를 내장하는 원통형의 하우징과; 상면에는 길이방향으로 랙부가 형성되고, 상기 가이드 홈에 개재되는 호형의 보호 리플렉터와; 상기 보호 리플렉터를 원주방향으로 회전 시키는 회전부재와; 상기 보호 리플렉터를 전후로 이동 시키는 작동 부재로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 리플렉터가 장착된 차량용 헤드램프.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전부재는, 상기 체결홈에 삽입되어 상기 랙부와 맞물리는 피니언이 중심축에 장착된 모터와; 스티어링 휠의 각도를 감지하는 각 속도 센서(AVS)와; 상기 각 속도 센서의 신호에 따라 상기 모터를 정역으로 회전시키는 ECU를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 리플렉터가 장착된 차량용 헤드램프.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작동부재는, 상기 하우징의 후방 상단에 설치된 롤러와, 상기 하우징의 후방 하단에 설치된 작동기와, 상기 보호 리플렉터의 후단부에서 상기 롤러를 거쳐 상기 작동기를 연결하는 케이블, 및 운전석의 일정부위에 설치되어 상기 작동기를 작동시키는 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 리플렉터가 장착된 차량용 헤드램프.
