테스트시 전압변동으로 발생되는 지연시간을 테스트 벡터로부터 분리할 수 있는 노이즈 필터.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
테스트 모드에서 내부 제어신호로 이 노이즈 필터를 바이패스 시켜 테스트 시간 손실 및 코스트 상승을 줄일수 있는 회로를 제공함에 있다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
발명을 테스트 모드 제어신호를 발생하는 테스트 모드 레지스터와, 외부 노이즈 신호를 필터링하는 노이즈 필터와, 외부 노이즈 필터링 바이패스 제어신호에 따라 상기 테스트 모드 레지스터 또는 노이즈 필터의 출력을 선택하는 선택부로 구성한다.

본 발명은 노이즈 필터에 관한 것으로, 특히 테스트시 전압값에 따라 지연시간으로 발생되는 테스트시간을 테스트 벡터로 부터 분리할 수 있는 노이즈 제거필터 회로에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 회로칩(CHIP)은 외부로 부터 입력되는 일정한 신호를 노이즈로 부터 보호 되어져야 한다. 상기 칩 내부로 안정된 신호를 전달해 주기 위한 방법이 강구되고 있다. 이를 위해 사용하고 있는 제1도는 노이즈 필터에 대한 것으로 글이치 필터(glitch filter)를 많이 사용한다. 상기의 경우 이러한 노이즈필터(100)는 전압에 따라 노이즈필터(100)의 지연시간 또한 변하게 된다. 결국 노이즈필터(100)에서 필터링할 수 있는 지연시간이 안정되지 못하여 테스트시 각각의 전압에 따라 변화되는 지연시간으로 부터 테스트 시간이 일정하지 못하여 이에 따른 테스트 벡터(test vector)를 각각의 전압에 따라 분리해야 하므로 테스트의 시간 손실 및 이로인한 테스트의 코스트 상승을 유발하는 문제점이 있다.
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 테스트 모드에서 내부 제어신호로 노이즈를 바이패스시켜 테스트시간 손실 및 테스트의 코스트 상승을 줄일수 있는 회로를 제공함에 있다.
상기 목적을 수행하기 위한 본 발명은 테스트 모드 제어신호를 발생하는 테스트 모드레지스터와, 외부 노이즈신호를 필터링하는 노이즈필터와, 외부 노이즈 필터링 바이패스 제어신호에 따라 상기 테스트 모드 레지스터 또는 노이즈필터의 출력을 선택하는 선택부로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 발명을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 회로도로서, 테스트 단(203)의 테스트모드 제어신호를 발생하는 테스트 모드 레지스터(200)와, 외부 신호단(205)의 외부 노이즈신호를 필터링하는 노이즈필터(202)와, 외부 신호단(205)의 외부 노이즈필터링 바이패스 제어신호에 따라 상기 테스트 모드 레지스터(200) 또는 노이즈필터의 출력을 선택하는 선택부(204)로 구성된다.
따라서 본 발명의 구체적 일 실시예를 제2도를 참조하여 상세히 설명하면, 제2도에서의 도시와 같이 테스트 단(203)의 테스트 모드신호에 따라 테스트 모드 레지스터(200)의 테스트모드 제어신호로 외부신호를 멀티플렉서(204)에서 선택할 수 있게 된다. 정상모드에서는 노이즈필터(202)에서 필터링된 외부 신호가 칩내부로 직접 입력되며, 테스트모드에서는 노이즈필터(202)에 의해 필터링되었거나 또는 필터링되지 않은 외부 신호단(204)의 신호등을 테스트 모드레지스터(200)의 제어신호로 멀티플렉서(204)에서 선택하여 즉, 테스트 모드레지스터(200)의 제어시호의 상태에 따라 외부 신호단(205)의 신호를 선택적으로 칩 내부로 입력시킨다. 또한 이러한 노이즈 필터(202)의 검증을 위하여 필터링된 신호를 칩 내부로 입력시킬 수 있도록 되어 있다.
상술한 바와같이 테스트모드에서 외부 입력신호르 ㄹ노이즈필터를 거치지 않고, 칩 내부로 직접 입력시키면 테스트 타임 손실 및 코스트 상승을 해결할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

  1. 칩의 외부 노이즈 보호회로에 있어서, 테스트 단(203)의 테스트 모드 제어신호를 발생하는 테스트 모드 레지스터(200)와, 외부신호단(205)의 외부 노이즈신호를 필터링하는 노이즈필터(202)와, 상기 외부신호단(205)의 외부 노이즈 필터링 바이패스 제어신호에 따라 상기 테스트 모드 레지스터(200) 또는 노이즈 필터(202)의 출력을 선택하는 멀티플렉서(204)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 노이즈 제거 필터회로.
