Claims (1)
- Mo-Ni-Cr 합금주철로 된 롤러와, 선단면이 상기 롤러에 접촉되는 베인을 포함하고 있는 밀폐형 회전식 압축기에 있어서, 노내 가스 분위기를 99.5% N2 + 0.5% C를 유지하는 단계와; 상기 분위기 속에서 상기 베인표면을 500±10℃의 온도로 30분간 이온질화처리하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 회전식 압축기의 베인 제조 방법.
