Claims (3)
- 이송컨베이어(1)의 일측으로 슈트(2)를 개재하여 저부에 배출홈(81)이 형성된 버퍼(3)가 설치되고, 상기 버퍼(3)의 하측에는 상부면에 지지대(19)가 순차로 결합된 회전테이블(4)이 설치되어 그 후방에는 회전블록(7)이 회전가능토록 체결되고, 상기 회전테이블(4)의 양측에는 일측면에 크리닝브러쉬(8)가 결합되어 구동모터(9)와 연설된 회전체(10)가 설치되며, 상기 회전테이블(4)의 저부에는 지지가이드(5)를 통하여 배출홈(18')이 형성되어 그 하측에는 상부에 다수의 장착홈(20')이 형성된 이송컨베이어(6)가 설치되고, 상기 이송컨베이어(6)의 상측에는 구동모터(9')가 연설된 다수의 회전체(10')가 설치되어 그 외측으로 크리닝브러쉬(8')가 결합되며, 상기 이송컨베이어(6)의 일측으로 방향전환가이드(12)를 개재하여 배출용 이송컨베이어(13)가 설치되는 구성으로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건전지용 크리닝장치의 결합구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전테이블(4)의 양측으로 설치되는 회전체(10)는 구동모터(9)와 연설된 지지축(11)이 회전테이블(4)을 관통하여 일체로 회전토록 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 건전지용 크리닝장치이 결합구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전블록(7)과 체결되는 회전테이블(4) 및 회전체(10)는 상호 반대로 회전토록 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 건전지용 크리닝장치의 결합구조.
