Abstract

본 발명은 상용차에 장착되는 보조 브레이크등에 관한 것으로, 특히 대형트럭의 메인 프레임 후단에 별도의 보조 브레이크등을 설치하여 흙이나 기타 먼지등으로부터 가려져서 잘 안보인 브레이크등을 확실하게 육안으로 파악할 수 있도록 한 상용차용 보조 브레이크등으로, 대형트럭의 메인 프레임(1) 후단에 고정브라케트(2)(2′)에 고정되며 길이방향으로 길게 형성되는 브레이크등 가이드판(10)과; 상기 브레이크등 가이드판(10)은 길이방향으로 긴홈(10a)이 형성되며, 상기 긴홈(10a)에 보조 브레이크등(20)이 설치되도록 구성된다

본 발명은 상용차에 장착되는 보조 브레이크등에 관한 것으로, 특히 대형트럭의 메인 프레임 후단에 별도의 보조 브레이크등을 설치하여 흙이나 기타 먼지등으로부터 가려져서 잘 안보인 브레이크등을 확실하게 육안으로 파악할 수 있도록 한 상용차용 보조 브레이크등에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 뒤따라오던 차량이 앞 차량의 상황을 판단하여 사고를 최소화시키기 위하여 모든 차량의 후방에는 브레이크 등이 설치되어 있다.
그러나, 대형 트럭과 같이 공사장에서 일하는 차량은 공사장의 흙, 먼지 등에 의하여 상기 트럭 후단에 설치된 브레이크등이 가려짐으로써, 야간에 도로 주행시 급 브레이크를 밟을 경우 뒤따라오던 후방 차량은 미처 전방차량의 동태를 잘 파악하지 못하므로서, 추돌 및 충돌에 의한 대형사고를 야기시켰다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 대형트럭의 메인 프레임 후단에 길이방향으로 길게 형성된 보조 브레이크등 가이드판에 보조 브레이크등을 설치하여 흙이나 기타 먼지등으로부터 가려져서 잘안보인 브레이크등을 확실하게 육안으로 파악할 수 있도록 하므로서, 대형 사고를 미연에 방지하는데에 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명 상용차의 보조 브레이크등은, 대형트럭의 메인 프레임 후단에 고정브라케트에 고정되며 길이방향으로 길게 형성되는 브레이크등 가이드판과; 상기 브레이크등 가이드판은 길이 방향으로 긴홈이 형성되며, 상기 긴홈에 보조 브레이크등이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 발명의 기술적 구성 및 작용효과를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도 및 제2도에 나타낸 바와 같이, 본 발명 보조 브레이크등은, 대형트럭의 메인 프레임(1) 후단에 도시하지 않은 고정보울트에 의하여 상하로 고정브라케트(2)(2′)가 고정되고, 상기 상하 고정브라케트(2)(2′)의 일단에 길이방향으로 길게 형성된 브레이크등 가이드판(10)이 설치된다.
또 상기 브레이크등 가이드판(10)은 길이방향으로 긴홈(10a)이 형성되며, 상기 긴홈(10)에 보조브레이크등(20)이 설치된다.
이때. 상기 보조 브레이크등(20)은 배선에 의하여 기존의 주 브레이크등(예를들면 리어 콤비램프)(30)에 연결된다.
따라서, 상기와 같이 구성되는 상용차의 보조 브레이크등은, 대형트럭의 메인 프레임(1) 후단에 한쌍의 브라케트(2)(2′)를 설치한 후, 상기 브라케트(2)(2′) 일단에 길이 방향으로 길게 보조 브레이크(20)를 설치하므로서, 작업시 흙이나 기타 먼지등으로부터 가려져서 잘 안보인 브레이크등을 보조 브레이크등을 사용하므로서 확실하게 육안으로 파악할 수 있도록 하여 대형사고를 미연에 방지할 수가 있다.
또, 주 브레이크등이 접촉불량으로 인하여 전원이 끊어지더라도 본 발명 보조 브레이크등을 사용하므로서 더욱 안전성있게 운행할 수가 있다.

  1. 대형트럭의 메인 프레임 후단에 고정브라케트에 고정되며 길이방향으로 길게형성된 브레이크등 가이드판과; 상기 브레이크등 가이드판은 길이 방향으로 긴홈이 형성되며, 상기 긴홈에 보조브레이크등이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차용 보조 브레이크등.
