Claims (4)
- 배재공정과, Ag합금용해공정과, 슬래브(slab)주조공정과, 표면처리공정과, 압연공정과, 프레스공정과, 내부산화공정과를 포함하여 Ag-산화물계 판접점을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 표면처리공정과 프레스공정사이에 열처리공정과, 산처리공정과, 정렬공정과, Ag클래딩(Clading)공정(열간압연공정 포함)을 추가하여 접점의 브레이징(Brazing)불량상태(보이드[void], 핀홀[pin hole] 등)발생방지 및 접점저항감소 및 접점의 수명연장을 꾀할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 Ag클래드(Clad)법을 이용한 Ag-산화물계 판접점 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 공정에서는 표면처리 Ag합금산화물층과 상기 Ag합금산화물층의 약 15~20%두께의 화학적으로 안정된 금속인 Ag층을 별도로 준비한후, 상기 Ag합금산화물층과 Ag층을 약 200~960℃범위의 온도에서 약 20분~3시간 동안 열처리를 수행하며, 상기 산처리공정에서는 Ag합금산화물층과 Ag층을 H2SO4또는 HCl 또는 HNO3용액에 약 3분~3시간동안 담가 산처리를 수행하고, 상기 정렬공정에서는 상기 열처리 및 산처리 공정을 거친 Ag합금산화물층과 Ag층을 서로 면접촉하여 정렬시키며, 상기 Ag클래딩(Clading)공정에서는 상기 면접촉하여 정렬된 Ag합금산화물층과 Ag층을 열간(熱間)롤러(Roller)에 통과시켜 약 10~60%의 압하율로 열간압연하는 동시에 클래딩(Clading)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Ag클래드(Clad)법을 이용한 Ag-산화물계 판접점 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ag합금산화물 접점재료로 AgCd(은+카드뮴)합금 또는 AgSn(은+주석)합금 또는 AgSnIn(은+주석+인듐)합금을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Ag클래드(Clad)법을 이용한 Ag-산화물계 판접점 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Ag클래딩(Clading)공정에서는 Ag와 AgMOx(Ag금속산화물)간의 클래딩비율을 약 2~20%(Ag) : 98~80(AgMOx)로 하여, Ag합금산화물층과 Ag층을 클래딩(Clading)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Ag클래드(Clad)법을 이용한 Ag-산화물계 판접점 제조방법.
