Claims (2)
- 인덕션모터(6)의 전원인가라인에 구비되는 제1,2전자스위치(TA1,TA2)와, 제1,2전자스위치(TA1,TA2)를 온/오프구동시키는 구동회로(4)와, 인덕션모터(6)의 회전속도를 검출하는 인코더(8)를 구비한 이송모터 제어장치에 있어서, 인덕션모터(6)에 인가되는 상용교류전원의 주파수에 대한 제로크로싱을 검출하는 전원주파수 검출부(5)와, 가속, 정속, 감속수순으로 이루어지는 상기 인덕션모터(6)의 주행패턴에 따른 각 주행구간의 주행속도 및 거리데이타의 설정값이 저장된 메모리(2)와, 인덕션모터(6)의 감속주행 개시위치를 저장하는 제1레지스터(13)와, 상기 인코더(8)의 출력펄스에 따라 일정 값씩 증가하여 인덕션모터(6)의 이동거리에 대응하는 값을 기억하는 포인트(14)와, 상기 제로크로싱시점부터 위상각을 카운트하는 위상각 카운터(3)와, 상기 포인트(14)의 현재값으로부터 인덕션모터(6)의 구동에 의한 이동거리와 속도를 구하고, 실제 이동속도가 상기 메모리(2)에 저장된 패턴에 따라 가속, 정속, 감속주행하도록 PID연산에 의해 도통각을 설정하고, 상기 위상각 카운터(3)의 카운팅값에 근거하여 상기 설정된 도통각을 갖는 제어펄스를 발생시켜 상기 구동회로(4)로 출력하는 제어부(1)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송모터 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부(1)는 상기 포인트(14)의 기억값으로부터 계산한 실제이동거리가 상기 메모리(2)에 저장된 설정거리보다 큰 경우, 그 차이에 해당하는 거리만큼 인코더(8)의 디스크(9)에서 이전의 위치를 감속개시위치로 변경하고, 상기 포인트(14)에 저장된 실제이동거리가 상기 메모리(2)에 저장된 설정거리보다 작은 경우, 그 차이에 해당하는 거리만큼 인코더(8)의 디스크(9)에서 이후의 위치를 감속개시위치로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송모터 제어장치.
