Claims (4)
- 하나의 빔이 디스크의 3개의 트랙에 걸쳐 맺히도록 하는 장파장 레이져다이오드와, 상기 장파장 레이져다이오드에서 나오는 빔을 고밀도용 디스크와 광검출 센서쪽으로 향하도록 광분리 역할을 하는 빔 스플리터와, 상기 빔 스플리터를 통해 분리된 빔을 고밀도용 디스크로 전달하는 광학 렌즈와, 상기 빔 스플리터를 통해 분리된 빔을 광검출 센서로 전달하는 검출 렌즈와, 7개의 광다이오드를 중앙에 한개의 0차와 좌우에 각 3개의 -1차배열 및 +1차배열로 구성하여 빔이 맺히는 상태에 따라 각각의 광다이오드에서 전류신호를 다르게 출력하는 광검출 센서로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 재생 광픽업 장치.
- 장파 레이져다이오드에서 나오는 하나의 빔의 초점을 디스크의 세개의 트랙에 걸쳐 상기 맺히게 하여 광검출 센서의 0차에 배열된 광다이오드의 전류신호를 읽어내 가운데 트랙의 신호를 재생신호로 읽어내 고밀도용 광디스크의 정보를 검출함을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 재생 광픽업 방법.
- 장파 레이져다이오드에서 나오는 하나의 빔의 초점을 디스크의 세개의 트랙에 걸쳐 상이 맺히게 하고 디스크의 -1차와 +1차 트랙에서 반사되는 빔을 광검출 센서의 -1차와 +1차의 중앙에 배열된 광다이오드에 맺히게 하여 비점수차를 이용하여 광검출 센서의 -1차와 +1차의 상하에 대각선으로 배열된 광다이오드에서 출력되는 전류신호의 차이를 연산하여 포커스 서보회로 제어용 포커스 에러신호를 검출함을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 재생 광픽업 방법.
- 장파 레이져다이오드에서 나오는 하나의 빔의 초점을 디스크의 세개의 트랙에 걸쳐 상이 맺히게 하고 디스크의 -1차와 +1차 트랙에서 반사되는 빔을 광검출 센서의 -1차와 +1차의 중앙에 배열된 광다이오드에 맺히게 하여 광다이오드에서 출력되는 전류신호의 차이를 연산하여 트래킹 서보회로 제어용 트래킹 에러신호를 검출함을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 재생 광픽업 방법.
