Claims (8)
- 소결체중에 50% 이상의 h-BN과 (AlN,Si3N4,Al2O3,SiO2) 중에서 선택된 2종 이상의 화합물로 이루어지는 복합화합물을 1~50% 미만 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열용융체에 대한 내용손성이 우수한 h-BN계 세라믹스.
- 소결체중에 50% 이상의 h-BN과 (AlN,Si3N4,Al2O3,SiO2) 중에서 선택된 2종 이상의 화합물로 이루어지는 복합화합물을 1~50% 미만, 이 복합화합물 이외의 (AlN,Si3N4,Al2O3,SiO2) 중에서 선택된 1종 혹은 2종 이상의 화합물을 30% 미만 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열용융체에 대한 용손성이 우수한 h-BN계 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합화합물이 Al6Si2O13, Si2Al3O7N, Si3Al2.67O4N4, Si3Al3O3N5, Al3O3N, 또는 Si6Al|10O21N4인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합화합물이 Al6Si2O13, Si3Al3O3N, Al3O3N 또는 Si6Al10O21N4이고, 가열용융체의 일부 응고된 상과 접하는 부위에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합화합물이 Al6Si2O13, Si6Al3O3N5, Al3O3N 또는 Si6Al10O21N4인 것을 특징으로 하는 가열용융체 온도측정용 보호관 세라믹스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합화합물이 Al6Si2O13, Si2Al3O7N, Si3Al2.67O4N4, Si3Al3O3N5, Al3O3N 또는 Si6Al|10O21N4인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합화합물이 Al6Si2O13, Si3Al3O3N5, Al3O3N, 또는 Si6Al10O21N4이고, 가열용융제의 일부 응고된 상과 접하는 부위에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합화합물이 Al6Si2O13, Si3Al3O3N5, Al3O3N 또는 Si6Al10O21N4인 것을 특징으로 하는 가열용융체 온도측정용 보호관 세라믹스.
