Claims (8)
- 전류명령의 파형에 관한 정보가 저장되어 있으며, 위치정보에 따라 대응하는 전류명령의 파형을 출력시키는 롬(141,142)과, 상기 롬(141,142)에서 출력되는 전류명령의 파형에 관한 데이터를 아날로그 신호로 변환하기 위한 디지털/아날로그 변환기 (143,144)와, 상기 디지털/아날로그 변확기(143,144)에서 출력되는 전류명령의 파형에 전류명령의 크기를 곱하도록 하기 위한 연산증폭기(145,146)와, 상기 연산 증폭기(145,146)의 풀력단에 연결되어 바이폴라 레벨의 출력신호를 얻기 위한 연산 증폭기(147,148)로 이루어지는 전류명령 발생회로(14)와; 모터에 실제 흐르는 전류가 상기 전류명령 발생회로(14)에서 출력된 전류명령에 비례비적분 방식으로 추종되도록 하며, 상기 전류명령으로부터 스위칭 동작을 위한 온/오프 신호를 생성하도록 하는 전류 제어기(15)와;상기 전류 제어기(15)에서 출력되는 온/오프 신호에 의해 스위칭 소자(Q1∼Q6)가 온/오프 동작을 수행하여 전원장치(18)에 의하여 3상코일(17)에 의도하는 전류량이 인가되도록 하는 인버터 회로(16)로 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 토크 리플을 최소화시킨 브러쉬없는 직류전동기 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 전류 제어기(15)는 모터의 3상 코일(17)에 실제로 흐르는 전류량을 검출하기 위한 전류 측정회로(151)와; 상기 전류 측정회로(151)에서 출력된 전류가 비례미적분 방식에 의해 전류명령 발생회로(14)에서 생성된 전류명령에 추종하도록 하기 위한 비례미적분 제어기(153)와; 인버터 회로(16)의 한 상의 파워 트랜지스터(Q1∼Q6) 상하단이 동시에 턴온되지 않도록 상기 비레미적분 제어기(153)의 출력신호에 데드 타임이 형성되게 하는 데드 타임 발생기(155)와; 상기 데드 타임 발생기(155)의 출력신호를 파워 트랜지스터(Q1∼Q6)의 베이스단에 인가하기 위한 전압레벨로 승압시키도록 하기 위한 게이트 구동회로(157)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 리플을 최소화시킨 브러쉬없는 직류전동기 제어시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 전류 측정회로(151)는 모터의 u상과 w상에 흐르는 전류량을 검출하기 위한 전류 트랜스듀서(1510,1512)와 상기 전류 트랜스듀서(1510, 1512)에서 검출된 전류의 저주파수 영역의 노이즈를 제거하기 위한 저역통과 필터(1514,C1,R1;1516,C2,R2)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 리플을 최소화시킨 브러쉬없는 직류전동기 제어시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기한 저역통과 필터(1514,C1,R1;1516,C2,R2)의 대역폭은 저항(R1,R2) 또는 콘덴서(C1,C2)의 소자값을 변화시킴으로써 가변 가능함을 특징으로 하는 토크 리플을 최소화시킨 브러쉬없는 직류전동기 제어시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 비례미적분 제어기(153)는 u상 및 W상의 전류명령과 전류 피드백으로부터 V상의 전류명령을 합성하기 위한 연산 증폭기(1532)와; 각 상의 전류명령을 비례 미적분하기 위한 연산 증폭기 (1531,1533,1536)와; 상기 연산 증폭기 (1531,1533,1536)의 출력신호를 삼각파에 의해 비교되도록 하여 온/오프의 펄스폭 변환된 신호를 생성하기 위한 연산 증폭기 (1534,1535,1537)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 리플을 최소화시킨 브러쉬없는 직류전동기 제어시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 연산 증폭기 (1531,1533,1536)의 이득값은 저항(R141,R142) 및 콘덴서(C141), 또는 저항(R143,R144) 및 콘덴서(C142), 또는 저항(R145,R146) 및 콘덴서(C143)의 소자값을 적절히 선택함으로써 조절함을 특징으로 하는 토크 리플을 최소화시킨 브러쉬없는 직류전동기 제어시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 데드 타임 발생기(155)는 저항(RA1) 및 콘덴서(C51∼C56)의 소자값의 조합으로 데드 타임을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 토크 리플을 최소화시킨 브러쉬없는 직류전동기 제어시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 게이트 구동회로(157)는 상기 데드 타임 발생기(155)의 출력신호를 신호처리 하기 위한 증폭기가 내장된 포토 커플러(1571∼1576)와; 상기 포토 커풀(1571∼1576)에 인가되어 파워 트랜지스터(Q1∼Q6)의 베이스단을 구동하기 위한 레벨로 전압을 승압시키기 위한 전원(P1∼P4,N1∼N4)과; 상기 포토 커플러(1571∼1576)의 출력신호를 파워 트랜지스터(Q1∼Q6)의 베이스단에 전달하기 위한 저항(R161∼R166)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 리플을 최소화시킨 브러쉬없는 직류전동기 제어시스템.
