Claims (3)
- 용기에 담긴 액정을 교반하면서 감압하여 액정으로부터 기포를 분리 제거하는 액정 탈포기로서, 상기 용기내의 액정을 교반시키기 위한 수단과, 상기 용기를 밀폐시키는 것으로써 개폐 가능한 뚜껑을 구비한 밀폐용기와, 상기 밀폐용기를 진공 배기시키기 위한 수단과, 공정후 상기 밀폐용기를 퍼지시키기 위한 수단과, 상기 교반수단, 밀폐용기, 진공 배기수단 및 퍼지수단을 지지하는 본체 프레임을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 탈포기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀폐용기를 적어도 3 개 이상 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 탈포기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 교반수단은 자력을 이용하여 액정만을 요동시키는 마그네틱 교반기인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 탈포기.
