배터리(B+)와, 상기한 배터리(B+)와 연결되어 있는 발전기(10)와, 상기한 발전기(10) 및 배터리(B+)에 연결되어 있는 시동 스위치(ISW)와, 상기한 시동 스위치(ISW)에 연결되어 있는 인히비터 스위치(20) 및 백업 스위치(BSW)와, 상기한 백업 스위치(BSW)와 접지의 사이에 연결되어 있는 후진등(BLP), 미등(TLP), 비상등(HLP)과 상기한 배터리(B+) 및 발전기(10)에 연결되어 있는 스톱램프 스위치(SSW)와 상기한 스톱램프 스위치(SSW)와 접지의 사이에 연결되어 있는 제동등(SLP)과 상기한 스톱램프 스위치(SSW)와 백업 스위치(BSW)의 사이에 연결되어 있는 릴레이(30)를 포함하여 이루어지며, 자동차를 후진시키고자 할 경우에 자동차의 후방 램프들을 모두 점등시킴으로써 운전자에게는 보다 충분한 시계를 확보하고, 자동차의 후방에 위치하여 운전자가 미처 발견하지 못한 행인에게도 자동차가 후진하고 있다는 것을 보다 쉽게 알려줄 수 있는 효과를 가진 자동차의 후방램프 점등장치를 제공한다.

Description

자동차의 후방램프 점등장치
제1도는 이 고안의 실시예에 따른 자동차의 후방램프 점등장치의 구성 회로도이다.

이 고안은 자동차의 후방램프 점등장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 말하자면 자동차를 후진시키고자 할 경우에 자동차의 후방램프들을 모두 점등시킴으로써 운전자에게는 보다 충분한 시계를 확보하고, 자동차의 후방에 위치하여 운전자가 미처 발견하지 못한 행인에게도 자동차가 후진하고 있다는 것을 보다 쉽게 알려줄 수 있는 자동차의 후방램프 점등장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 운전자가 어두운 곳에서 자동차를 후진하고자 할 경우에 후진등(backup lamp)을 켬으로써 시야를 넓혀 안전운행을 할 수가 있다. 이 때에 사용되는 후진등의 기능은 법령에서 규정이 되어 있고 또한 자동차 생산 업체에서는 자동차 공업 규격에 의한 기준치 이상의 밝기를 내는 후진등을 가진 자동차를 생산하고 있다.
그러나 자동차 후진등의 밝기를 느끼는 것은 운전자의 주관적인 사항이므로, 비록 각기 다른 자동차에 부착되어 있는 후진등의 밝기가 공업 규격에 따른 기준치에 의해 일정한 값을 갖더라도 상대적으로 후진등의 밝기를 운전자마다 서로 다르게 느낄 수가 있다.
따라서 상기한 경우에 있어서 종래의 자동차는 운전자가 어두운 곳에서 자동차를 후진하고자 할 경우에 운전자에 따라 후진등 만으로는 사물 확인이 곤란한 경우가 발생하거나 운전자에게 충분한 시계의 확보를 제공해주지 못하는 경우가 단점이 있다.
또한 종래의 자동차는 백색광의 후진등만으로는 자동차의 후방에 있는 행인에게 자동차가 후진하고 있다는 사실을 쉽게 알려주지 못하는 경우가 발생되기도 하여 운전자의 안전 운행에 지장을 주는 단점이 있다.
또한 종래의 자동차는 후진등, 제동등(stop lamp), 미등(tail lamp), 방향 지시등(turn signal lamp) 등과 같은 자동차의 후방 램프들을 운전자가 선택적으로 개별 점등하도록 되어 있으므로, 운전자가 어두운 곳에서 자동차를 후진하고자 할 경우에 후진등 이외에 다른 후방 램프를 추가하여 이용하고자 해도 운전자가 다른 후방 램프들의 스위치를 손수 하나하나씩 켜야 하는 불편함이 있다.
따라서 이 고안의 목적은 상기한 종래의 단점 및 불편함을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 자동차를 후진시키고자 할 경우에 자동차의 후방램프들을 모두 점등시킴으로써 운전자에게는 보다 충분한 시계를 확보하고, 자동차의 후방에 위치하여 운전자가 미처 발견하지 못한 행인에게도 자동차가 후진하고 있다는 것을 보다 쉽게 알려줄 수 있는 자동차의 후방램프 점등장치를 제공하는데 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로서 이 고안의 구성은, 전원을 공급하기 위한 배터리 또는 발전기와, 상기한 발전기 또는 배터리에 연결되어 있는 시동 스위치와, 상기한 시동 스위치에 연결되어 있는 인히비터 스위치 및 백업 스위치와, 상기한 백업 스위치 또는 인히비터 스위치가 온되는 경우에 점등되는 후진등, 미등, 비상등과, 상기한 배터리 및 발전기에 연결되어 있는 스톱램프 스위치와, 상기한 스톱램프 스위치와 접지의 사이에 연결되어 있는 제동등과, 상기한 스톱램프 스위치와 백업 스위치의 사이에 연결되어 있는 릴레이를 포함하여 이루어진다.
이하, 이 고안이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 이 고안을 용이하게 실시할 수 있을 정도로 상세히 설명하기 위하여 이 고안의 가장 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하여 설명하기로 한다.
제1도는 이 고안의 실시예에 따른 자동차의 후방램프 점등장치의 구성회로도이다.
도면에 도시되어 있듯이 이 고안의 실시예에 따른 자동차의 후방램프 점등장치 구성은 배터리(B+)와 상기한 배터리(B+)와 연결되어 있는 발전기(10)와 상기한 발전기(10) 및 배터리(B+)에 연결되어 있는 시동 스위치(ISW)와, 상기한 시동 스위치(ISW)에 연결되어 있는 인히비터 스위치(20) 및 백업 스위치(BSW)와 상기한 백업 스위치(BSW)와 접지의 사이에 연결되어 있는 후진등(BLP), 미등(TLP), 비상등(HLP)과 상기한 배터리(B+) 및 발전기(10)에 연결되어 있는 스톱램프 스위치(SSW)와 상기한 스톱램프 스위치(SSW)와 백업 스위치(BSW)의 사이에 연결되어 있는 릴레이(30)로 이루어진다.
상기한 구성에 의한, 이 고안의 실시예에 따른 자동차의 후방램프 점등장치의 작용은 다음과 같다.
배터리(B+)나 발전기(10)로부터 전원이 인가되면, 이 고안의 실시예에 따른 자동차의 후방래프 점등장치의 동작이 시작된다.
전원이 인가되는 상태에서 운전자가 브레이크 페달을 밟음으로써 스톱램프 스위치(SSW)가 온되면, 제동등(SLP)이 점등된다.
또한 운전자가 시동 스위치(ISW)를 온시킨 뒤에 차량을 후진시킴으로써 백업 스위치(BSW) 또는 인히비터 스위치(20)가 온되면, 후진등(BLP), 미등(TLP), 비상등(HLP)이 모두 점등되고, 이와 동시에 릴레이(30)가 동작됨으로써 제동등(SLP)도 동작된다.
이상에서와 같이 이 고안의 실시예에서 자동차를 후진시키고자 할 경우에 자동차의 후방 램프들을 모두 점등시킴으로써 운전자에게는 보다 충분한 시계를 확보하고, 자동차의 후방에 위치하여 운전자가 미처 발견하지 못한 행인에게도 자동차가 후진하고 있다는 것을 보다 쉽게 알려줄 수 있는 효과를 가진 자동차의 후방램프 점등장치를 제공할 수가 있다. 이 고안의 이러한 효과는 자동차의 등화장치 분야에서 이 고안의 요지를 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당업자에 의해 변형되어 이용될 수가 있다.

  1. 배터리(B+)와 상기한 배터리(B+)와 연결되어 있는 발전기(10)와, 상기한 발전기(10) 및 배터리(B+)에 연결되어 있는 시동 스위치(ISW)와 상기한 시동 스위치(ISW)에 연결되어 있는 인히비터 스위치(20) 및 백업 스위치(BSW)와, 상기한 백업 스위치(BSW)와 접지의 사이에 연결되어 있는 후진등(BLP), 미등(TLP), 비상등(HLP)과, 상기한 배터리(B+) 및 발전기(10)에 연결되어 있는 스톱램프 스위치(SSW)와 상기한 스톱램프 스위치(SSW)와 백업 스위치(BSW)의 사이에 연결되어 있는 릴레이(30)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후방램프 점등장치.
