Claims (2)
- 폐염화동 용액에 공기 또는 산소를 주입하여 폐염화동 용액 중에 존재하는 미량의 1가 구리 이온율 2가 구리 이온으로 산화시키는 공정 ; 상기 폐염화동 용액에 용액의 pH가 7.5 내지 11.0이 될 때까지 암모니아수 또는 암모니아 가스를 첨가하여 구리 착염 용액으로 만드는 공정 ; 상기 구리 착염 용액에 가성 소다를 첨가하고 60 내지 90℃에서 반응시켜 산화동 입자를 생성시키는 공정 및 생성된 산화동을 여과하여 산화동 입자를 회수하고, 이를 세척, 탈수, 건조 및 포장하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 폐염화동 용액으로부터 산화동의 입자를 회수하는 개선된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화동 입자가 순도 97% 이상, 평균 입도 10 내지 60㎛인 것인 방법.
