Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 배기파이프의 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 배기파이프의(1) 하부에 배치된 하부보호브라켓트(2)와 상부에 배치된 상부보호브라켓트(3)가 보울트(5)와 너트(6)를 매개로 상부보호브라켓트(3)의 상부면 좌.우측에 배치된 보호대(4)와 체결된 구조로, 상기 상부보호브라켓트(3)의 팽창과 수축작용으로 진동을 후방으로 전달시키지 않고 자체적으로 흡수함은 물론, 상기 배기파이프(1)로도 직접적으로 충격을 전달시키지 않도록 되어 배기파이프(1)의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

Description

차량용 배기파이프의 취부구조
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 차량용 배기파이프의 취부상태 개략도,
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선 단면도,
제3도는 종래 기술에 따른 배기파이프의 취부 상태를 나타내는 제2도의 대응도이다.

본 고안은 차량용 배기파이프의 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 상부보호브라켓트의 팽창과 수축작용으로 진동을 후방으로 전달시키지 않고 자체적으로 흡수함은 물론, 배기파이프의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 된 차량용 배기파이프의 취부구조에 관한 것이다.
종래 차량용 배기파이프의 취부구조는 제3도에 도시된 것과 같이, 배기파이프(11)의 하부에 용접된 보호브라켓트(12)와 돌출된 절곡부를 갖춘 보호대(13)가 보울트(14)와 너트(15)로 체결된 구조로 되어 있었는 바, 차량이 비포장도로나 둔턱이 있는 도로를 주행할 때 진동충격이 보호브라켓트(12)의 용접부에 작용되어 보호브라켓트(12)에 크랙이나 절손이 발생되거나 또는 진동충격에 의해 배기파이프(11)가 파손되어 배기가스가 누출되는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 배기파이프의 하부에 배치된 하부보호브라켓트와 상부에 배치된 상부보호브라켓트가 보울트와 너트를 매개로 상부보호브라켓트의 상부면 좌.우측에 배치된 보호대와 체결된 구조로, 상기 상부보호브라켓트의 팽창과 수축작용으로 진동을 후방으로 전달시키지 않고 자체적으로 흡수함은 물론, 배기파이프로도 직접적으로 충격을 전달시키지 않도록 되어, 배기파이프의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 된 차량용 배기파이프의 취부구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 엔진의 배기매니폴드에 결합된 배기파이프가 차체의 하부에 배치되어 고정되되, 상기 배기파이프의 길이방향으로 소정위치의 하부에 배치된 하부보호브라켓트와 상부에 배치되는 절곡부를 갖춘 상부보호브라켓트가 보울트와 너트를 매개로 상부보호브라켓트의 상부면 좌.우측에 배치된 보호대와 체결된 구조로 되어 있다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 차량용 배기파이프의 취부상태 개략도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선 단면도로서, 본 고안은, 엔진의 배기매니폴드에 결합된 배기파이프(1)의 길이방향으로소정위치의 하부에 배치된 하부보호브라켓트(2)와 상부에 배치되는 절곡부(3a)를 갖춘 상부보호브라켓트(3)가 보울트(5)와 너트(6)를 매개로 상부보호브라켓트(3)의 상부면 좌.우측에 배치된 보호대(4)와 체결된 구조로 되어 있다.
따라서 상기 하부보호브라켓트(2)와 절곡부(3a)를 갖춘 상부보호브라켓트(3)에 의해 주행시 발생되는 진동충격을 팽창과 수축작용을 함으로써 진동을 후방으로 전달시키지 않고 자체적으로 흡수함은 물론, 상기 배기파이프(1)로도 직접적으로 충격을 전달시키지 않도록 되어, 이 배기파이프(1)의 손상을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하면, 상기 배기파이프(1)의 하부에는 하부보호브라켓트(2)와 상부에는 상부보호브라켓트(3)가 보울트(5)와 너트(6)로 상부보호브라켓트(3)의 상부면 좌.우측에 배치된 보호대(4)와 체결되어, 팽창과 수축작용으로 진동충격을 후방으로 전달시키지 않고 자체적으로 흡수함은 물론, 상기 배기파이프(1)로도 직접적으로 충격을 전달시키지 않도록 되어 배기파이프(1)의 손상을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 엔진의 배기매니폴드에 결합된 배기파이프가 차체의 하부에 배치되어 고정된 자동차용 배기파이프의 취부구조에 있어서, 상기 배기파이프(1)의 길이방향으로 소정위치의 하부에 배치된 하부보호브라켓트(2)와 상부에 배치되는 절곡부(3a)를 갖춘 상부보호브라켓트(3)가 보울트(5)와 너트(6)를 매개로 상부보호브라켓트(3)의 상부면 좌.우측에 배치된 보호대(4)와 체결된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 배기파이프의 취부구조.
