Abstract

본 고안은 자동차의 정면충돌시 운전자를 보호할 수 있도록 한 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 차량의 전면 범퍼에 충돌 감지스위치를 설치하고, 이와 전기적으로 연결되는 모터를 시트의 일측에 설치하여 모터의 끝단에 클랙로드를 회전가능하게 설치시켜 시트의 시프트레버와 연계동작 할 수 있게 구성하여 차량의 정면충돌시 모터가 스위치 신호에 의해서 동작하여 시트의 시프트레버의 로킹상태를 해제시켜 시트가 순간적으로 리턴스프링의 장력에 의해 뒤로 밀려가 운전자가 전면 크래쉬패드와 전면유리 및 시트 사이에서 부상당하는 것을 방지하여 운전자를 보호할 수 있도록 한 자동차의 시트 안전장치에 관한 고안이다.

본 고안은 자동차의 정면충돌시 운전자를 보호할 수 있는 안전장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 차량의 정면충돌시 이를 범퍼에 설치되어 있는 감지스위치가 작동하여 시트 일측에 설치되어 있는 모터를 작동시키고 이 모터의 클랙로드가 회전하면서 시트 스프트 레버의 로킹상태를 해제시켜 시트자체가 하단에 설치된 리턴스프링의 장력에 의해 순간적으로 뒤로 밀려가게 하여 운전자를 차량의 정면충돌시 보호하여 줄 수 있도록 한 자동차의 시트 안전장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차의 운전석 시트는 시프트레버가 설치되고, 하단에 시트자체를 뒤로 밀려갈 수 있도록 리턴스프링을 설치하여 운전자가 필요시에 상기 시프트 레버로서 시트의 로킹상태를 해제시켜 시트자체를 앞으로 당기거나 뒤로 밀어 거리를 조절할 수 있게 되어 있다.
따라서 상기와 같은 종래의 시트는 운전자가 시프트레버를 조작하여야만 시트자체를 앞뒤로 이동시킬 수 있게 되고, 시프트레버가 로킹상태에 있을 때에는 시트는 정위치에 고정되어 진다.
그러므로 차량의 정면충돌시 차체가 운전석 쪽으로 밀려들어 오면서 크래쉬패드와 시트 사이에 운전자의 하반신이 끼는 현상이 나타나 정면 충돌시 운전자가 하반신을 크게 다치는 문제점을 안고 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 보와하고져 차량의 전면 범퍼에 감지스위치를 설치하고 운전석 시트 일측으로 시트 시프트 레버와 연계 동작할 수 있도록 클랙로드가 설치되는 모터를 상기 감지수위치와 전기적으로 연결설치하여 차량의 정면충돌시 감지스위치가 동작하여 모터를 구동시키면 모터의 클랙로드가 회전하면서 시트 스프트레버의 로킹상태를 해제시키게 되고 이순간 시트가 리턴스프링의 장력으로 뒤로 밀려나 운전자가 크래쉬 패드와 시트 사이에서 부상당하는 현상을 방지하여 운전자를 보호할 수 있게 한 안전장치로서, 이하 본 고안을 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 구성을 보면 제 1 도와 제 2도에 보는바와 같이 차량(1)의 범퍼(2)내부에 충돌 감지스위치(3)를 설치하고 운전석 시트(4)의 일측으로 제 3 도 에서 보는 바와 같이 클랙로드(6)를 회전동작 가능하게 연결설치하며, 상기 모터(5)의 클랙로드(6)는 시트(4)의 시프트레버(7)와 연계동작가능하게 연결설치하여 이루어진 것이다.
미설명 부호,(8)은 시트 이동레일,(9)는 시트 로커이다.
이상과 같이 구성되는 본 고안의 실치사용에 따른 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
차량(1)이 정면충돌을 하였을 경우 전면 범퍼(2)의 내부에 설치되어 있는 충돌감지스위치(3)가 작동하여 전원이 시트(4)일측에 설치되어진 모터(5)에 전달되어 이 모터(5)가 동작하여 끝단에 연결된 클랙로드(6)를 제4도에서 보는바와 같이 회전시키게 된다.
이때 상기 클랙로드(6)에 걸려진 시트 시프트레버(7)가 함께 상승하여 시프트레버(7)가 시트로커(9)에서 이탈되고 이 순간 시트(4)는 하단에 설치되어 있는 리턴스프링(미도시)의 장력에 의해서 순간적으로 뒤로 밀려가게 되는 것이다.
그러므로 운전자가 안전벨트만 착용하고 있다면 차량의 정면충돌시 범퍼가 밀려들어와 감지스위치를 작동시키면 이 신호를 받은 모터가 동작하여 이에 연결된 클랙로드를 회전시켜 주고 이 동작에 의해서 샤프트레버가 시트로커에서 이탈되면서 리턴스프링의 장력에 의해서 시트가 운전자와 함께 뒤로 완전히 밀려가게 되어 크래쉬 패드 및 전면유리와 운전자의 거리를 순간적으로 멀리하여 종래처럼 운전자가 크래쉬패드와 시트 사이에 끼어 하반신을 크게 다치는 현상이 방지되어 차량의 정면충돌시 운전자를 큰부상으로 부터 보호할 수 이는 효과가 있고 이로 인하여 차량의 품질과 신뢰성도 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻고자 한 것이다.

  1. 차량(1)의 범퍼(2)내부에 충돌 감지스위치(3)를 설치하고 운전석 시트(4)의 일측으로 클랙로드(6)가 회전가능하게 고정되는 모터(5)가 감지스위치(3)와 전기적으로 연결설치되며, 상기 모터(5)의 클랙로드(6)는 시트(4)의 시프트레버(7)와 연결되어 구성됨을 특징으로 한 자동차의 시트 안전장치.
