Abstract
Description
以下に、本実施の形態1に係る振動装置、および振動装置を備える撮像ユニットについて図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施の形態1に係る振動装置10の斜視図である。振動装置10は、保護カバー11、第1筒状体12、板バネ13、第2筒状体14、および振動体17を含んでいる。
図8および図9を参照して、実施の形態2について説明する。なお、実施の形態1と同様の構成については同じ符号を付して、その説明は繰り返さない。実施の形態1に係る振動装置10は、第1筒状体12を貫通方向から見た場合に円形状に見える部材で構成されていた(図1参照)。これに対し、実施の形態2に係る振動装置は、第1筒状体を貫通方向から見た場合に矩形状に見える部材で構成される。実施の形態2に係る振動装置は、実施の形態1に係る振動装置10と同様に撮像ユニットに搭載して使用される。
図10を参照して、実施の形態3について説明する。なお、実施の形態1と同様の構成については同じ符号を付して、その説明は繰り返さない。実施の形態1に係る振動装置10は、第1筒状体12を貫通方向から見た場合に円形状に見える部材で構成されていた(図1参照)。実施の形態2に係る振動装置10Bは、第1筒状体12Bを貫通方向から見た場合に矩形状に見える部材で構成されていた(図8参照)。これに対し、実施の形態3に係る振動装置は、第1筒状体を貫通方向から見た場合に円形状に見える部材と矩形状に見える部材とから構成される。実施の形態3に係る振動装置は、実施の形態1に係る振動装置10と同様に撮像ユニットに搭載して使用される。
前述の実施の形態に係る撮像ユニット100は、カメラ、LiDAR,Raderなどを含んでもよい。また、複数の撮像ユニットを並べて配置するようにしてもよい。
Claims (14)
- 所定の波長の光を透過する透光体と、
一方の端で前記透光体を保持する第1筒状体と、
前記第1筒状体の他方の端を支持する板状のバネ部と、
前記第1筒状体を支持する位置の外側にある前記バネ部の位置を一方の端で支持する第2筒状体と、
前記第2筒状体の他方の端に設けられ、前記第2筒状体の貫通方向に振動する振動体と、を備える、振動装置。 - 前記振動体は、
前記第2筒状体の他方の端から外側に伸びる板状の振動板と、
当該振動板の上面または下面に設けられる圧電素子と、を含む、請求項1に記載の振動装置。 - 前記振動体は、
前記第2筒状体の他方の端から内側に伸びる板状の振動板と、
当該振動板の上面または下面に設けられる圧電素子と、を含む、請求項1に記載の振動装置。 - 前記透光体、前記第1筒状体、前記バネ部、および前記第2筒状体の構造は、前記透光体の共振周波数が前記バネ部の共振周波数よりも大きくなるように構成され、
前記振動体を駆動する励振回路をさらに備え、
前記励振回路は、前記透光体の共振と前記バネ部の共振とを選択的に励振する、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。 - 前記透光体、前記第1筒状体、前記バネ部、および前記第2筒状体の構造は、前記透光体の共振周波数が前記バネ部の共振周波数の1.2倍以上になるように構成される、請求項4に記載の振動装置。
- 前記励振回路は、
前記第1筒状体と前記第2筒状体とが逆位相で貫通方向に振動するように前記振動体を駆動する、請求項4または請求項5に記載の振動装置。 - 前記透光体、前記第1筒状体、前記バネ部、前記第2筒状体、および前記振動体のうち少なくとも1つは、前記第1筒状体を貫通方向から見て円形状である、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。
- 前記透光体、前記第1筒状体、前記バネ部、前記第2筒状体、および前記振動体のうち少なくとも1つは、前記第1筒状体を貫通方向から見て矩形状である、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。
- 前記透光体は、ドーム状の形状である、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。
- 前記透光体は、板状の形状である、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。
- 前記第1筒状体の厚みは、前記第1筒状体を支持する前記バネ部の位置から前記第2筒状体で支持される前記バネ部の位置までの長さより短い、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。
- 前記振動体は、前記振動板の形状に合わせて一体として形成された前記圧電素子が前記振動板に設けられている、請求項2または請求項3に記載の振動装置。
- 前記振動体は、前記振動板の形状に沿って矩形状の前記圧電素子が複数配置されている、請求項2または請求項3に記載の振動装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の前記振動装置と、
前記透光体が視野方向となるように配置された撮像素子と、を備える撮像ユニット。
