Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る集塵デバイス1の斜視図である。実施の形態1に係る集塵デバイス1は、例えば、外気を居住空間に取り込む場合に、室外給気口から室内に流入することになる室外空気中の塵埃を捕集する装置である。実施の形態1に係る集塵デバイス1は、図1に示してあるように、吸入口2、捕集板3、シャフト4、摩擦部材5、駆動部6、排出口7等を備える。図1中の矢印は、空気が流れる通過方向を示す。
実施の形態1においては、複数の間隔保持材8,8,・・・と複数の捕集板3,3,・・・とが交互に連続して積層される集塵デバイス1を一例として説明していた。実施の形態2においては、積層される複数の捕集板3,3,・・・の外周領域に間隔形成材12を更に追加した一例について説明する。実施の形態1に係る集塵デバイス1と同様の構成要素には、同じ符号を付し、特に必要のない限り説明を省略する。
Claims (6)
- 通過方向に通過する空気に含まれている塵埃を集塵する集塵デバイスにおいて、
前記通過方向と交差する交差方向に間隔を空けて並置され、前記塵埃を捕集する複数の捕集板と、
前記複数の捕集板を前記交差方向に貫通するシャフトと、
前記複数の捕集板のうち、第一の捕集板と前記第一の捕集板に隣接する第二の捕集板との間の前記間隔内に設けられ、前記交差方向に前記シャフトが貫通する間隔保持材と、
を備えることを特徴とする集塵デバイス。 - 前記第一の捕集板の裏面と前記第二の捕集板の表面とが対向しており、
前記間隔保持材は、前記裏面と前記表面とに接触する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の集塵デバイス。 - 前記第一の捕集板の表面に接触し、前記間隔保持材とで前記第一の捕集板を挟持して固定する固定部材
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の集塵デバイス。 - 前記間隔保持材は、前記交差方向に複数配置してある。
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の集塵デバイス。 - 並置された前記複数の捕集板の端部に配置され、前記間隔を保持する間隔形成材を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の集塵デバイス。 - 前記複数の捕集板をそれぞれ摩擦して静電気を帯電させる複数の摩擦部材を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の集塵デバイス。
