Description
本発明の別の目的は、一つの特定な実施形態において、吹き出しノズルを本装置に一体化することにある。
本発明の別の目的は、集められた埃をより効果的に取り除かせることにある。
上述した各実施形態では、集塵装置の入口側は当該集塵装置における粘着剤のストリングが存在しない側に位置する。しかし、実験室のテストでは、集塵装置の入口側は当該集塵装置の粘着剤のストリングを有する側に位置することができることを示している。これは、勿論、集塵装置を通過する空気の流れの方向から見た場合に、その粒子に対する帯電が当該集塵装置の上流側の部分で行われることが前提である。
Claims (8)
- 2段式静電フィルタのための円形集塵装置(1)に関連する装置であって、集塵装置(1)は、中心に配置されたボビンの回りに巻きつけられた少なくとも2つの細帯状の電極エレメントから形成され、電極エレメントは、電極エレメント間に隙間を形成するように相互に間隔dだけ離れて配置され、前記装置はその中心軸の回りで集塵装置(1)を回転するための手段を備え、真空清浄ノズル(27;127;227;327)が集塵装置(1)の一側に配置され、真空清浄ノズル(27;127;227;327)は集塵装置(1)のすぐ傍に設置され、真空清浄ノズル(27)には、集塵装置(1)の隣接する電極エレメント間の隙間に貫入するように設計された少なくとも2つのエレメント(35/36;135/136;235/236;335/336)が設けられる、装置。
- エレメント(35/36;135/136;235/236;335/336)は本質的に剛性である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- エレメント(35/36;135/136;235/236;335/336)は細帯状であり、そしてそれらの長手方向の軸を中心にして回転自在である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- エレメント(35/36)はエレメント(35/36)の開孔を通過するワイヤ(38)から吊り下げられる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- エレメント(235/236)は管状であり、そして圧縮空気源に接続される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 真空清浄ノズル(327)は縮小された領域を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、真空清浄ノズル(127)から離間する方向の側部から、真空清浄ノズルが設置される側部へ、集塵装置(1)を通して空気を吹き出すための手段(140〜143)を備え、そして該手段(140〜143)は集塵装置(1)の対向側の真空清浄ノズル(127)の正面のすぐ傍に設置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 集塵装置(1)を通して空気を吹き出すように、前記装置は集塵装置(1)に接続された真空清浄器(D)を備え、手段(140〜143)は、真空清浄器(D)のブロワ吹出口に接続された第2の管状部(140)を備える、請求項7に記載の装置。
