Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るガス絶縁機器の構成を示す縦断面図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係るガス絶縁機器の横断面図である。図2は、図1のII-II線に沿った断面を示す。図3は、図1のIII部の拡大図である。図1及び図2に示すように、実施の形態1に係るガス絶縁機器1は、接地された金属製のタンク2と、タンク2内に配置され電圧が印加される導体3と、タンク2の内面上に配置された非線形抵抗層4とを備える。図1では、非線形抵抗層4上に存在する金属異物6も示している。ガス絶縁機器1は、例えば、遮断器、断路器、母線、計器用変流器、計器用変圧器、又は接地開閉器である。タンク2は、軸方向がタンク2の設置面に対して平行になるように配置される。タンク2内には、六フッ化硫黄といった絶縁ガスが充填されている。導体3は、タンク2の軸方向に沿って延びている。実施の形態1において、導体3は円筒状であるが、円柱状であってもよい。導体3は、不図示の絶縁スペーサで支持されている。
Claims (3)
- 接地され、内部に絶縁ガスが封入された金属製のタンクと、
前記タンク内に配置され、電圧が印加される導体と、
前記タンクの内面上の少なくとも一部に配置され、閾値以上の電圧が印加されると導電性を示す非線形抵抗材料の粒子を含む絶縁材料からなる非線形抵抗層とを備え、
前記非線形抵抗層の厚さは、前記非線形抵抗層上の金属異物に前記閾値以上の電圧が印加された場合に前記非線形抵抗層が導電性を示す導電性部の厚さと前記非線形抵抗材料の粒子径とを加えた厚さよりも厚いことを特徴とするガス絶縁機器。 - 前記非線形抵抗層は、塗装膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス絶縁機器。
- 前記非線形抵抗材料は、酸化亜鉛又は炭化珪素であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガス絶縁機器。
