Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る車両用灯具10を搭載した車両100を示す概略図である。この車両100は、レベル3の自動運転に対応した個人所有車(POV:Personally Owned Vehicle)である。車両用灯具10は、車両100の前部に設けられる前照灯である。
自動運転車には、周囲に自車両が自動運転中であることを知らせるためのランプ(「自動運転用標識灯」と呼ばれる)を取り付ける必要があり、現在、規格作りが進んでいる。このような状況の下、本発明者は、自動運転中の表示だけではなく、乗員や車両周囲の人とコミュニケーションをとることができる車両用灯具を発明した。
図15は、本発明の第3実施形態に係る車両用灯具1210を搭載した車両1200の背面図である。この車両1200は、レベル3の自動運転に対応した個人所有車(POV:Personally Owned Vehicle)である。
Claims (14)
- 乗員が車両周囲にいることを検知するセンサ装置と、
前記センサ装置により乗員が検知されたとき、車両周囲の路面にシーケンシャルパターンを描画する路面描画灯具ユニットと、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記路面描画灯具ユニットと連動して発光する別の灯具ユニットをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記別の灯具ユニットは、車両が自動運転中であることを周囲に知らせる自動運転マーカ用灯具ユニットであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記別の灯具ユニットは、前記路面描画灯具ユニットと連動してシーケンシャルに発光することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記センサ装置は、乗員の存在する方向を検知可能に構成され、
前記路面描画灯具ユニットは、検知された乗員の存在する方向に向かってシーケンシャルパターンを描画することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。 - 車両が自動運転を行っている間に発光する自動運転マーカ用灯具ユニットと、
車両周囲の情報に基づき発光パターンを可変できる自動運転シグナル用灯具ユニットと、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記自動運転シグナル用灯具ユニットは、前記自動運転マーカ用灯具ユニットから所定の距離をあけて配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記自動運転マーカ用灯具ユニットと前記自動運転シグナル用灯具ユニットとの間に配置されたディスプレイ装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の車両用灯具。
- ターコイズ色光を発光する自動運転マーカ用灯具ユニットと、
赤色光を発光する標識灯ユニットと、
を備え、
前記自動運転マーカ用灯具ユニットと前記標識灯ユニットは、互いの発光領域が所定の距離以上離間するように配置されることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記所定の距離は、100mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の車両用灯具。
- 車両進行方向に照射すべき白色光と、車両進行方向と逆方向に照射すべき赤色光とのいずれかを照射可能な照射光色可変灯具ユニットを備えることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
- 前記照射光色可変灯具ユニットは、
白色光を照射可能な白色光源ユニットと、
白色光を赤色光に変換する光色変換部材と、
前記白色光源ユニットに対して前記光色変換部材を可動させて、白色光と赤色光とのいずれかを灯具前方に照射させる可動機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記照射光色可変灯具ユニットは、
白色光を照射可能な白色光源ユニットと、
赤色光を照射可能な赤色光源ユニットと、
前記白色光源ユニットおよび前記赤色光源ユニットを可動させて、白色光および赤色光のいずれかを灯具前方に照射させる可動機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記照射光色可変灯具ユニットは、
白色光を発光可能な白色光源と、
赤色光を発光可能な赤色光源と、
白色光源と赤色光源のいずれかを点灯させて、白色光および赤色光のいずれかを灯具前方に照射させる制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の車両用灯具。
