Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る空気清浄装置1の外観を示す斜視図であり、図2は、実施の形態1に係る空気清浄装置の外観を示す側面図である。
ここでは、実施の形態1に係る空気清浄装置1から、その構成の一部が変更された実施の形態2に係る空気清浄装置1Aについて説明する。以下では、空気清浄装置1と同様の構成要素については、既に説明済みであるとして同じ符号を振ってその詳細な説明を省略し、空気清浄装置1との相違点を中心に説明する。
以上のように、本出願において開示する技術の例示として、実施の形態1、実施の形態2について説明した。しかしながら、本開示による技術は、これらに限定されず、本開示の趣旨を逸脱しない限り、適宜、変更、置き換え、付加、省略等を行った実施の形態にも適用可能である。

Claims (7)
- 空気の湿度を制御する湿度制御部と、
一または複数の軸と、前記一または複数の軸の少なくとも一部を取り囲む外壁とを有する取込冷却分離部を含み、
前記取込冷却分離部は前記湿度が制御された空気を取り込む気流を発生させ、これにより、前記取込冷却分離部は前記湿度が制御された空気を取り込み、
前記取込冷却分離部は前記取り込んだ空気を前記一または複数の軸に含まれる第1軸の周りに旋回させ、これにより、前記取込冷却分離部は前記取り込んだ空気の前記第1軸側の空気と前記取り込んだ空気の前記外壁側の空気との間に圧力差を生じさせ、前記圧力差によって、前記取り込んだ空気の少なくとも一部が冷却され、
前記取込冷却分離部は、前記冷却された空気から生じた水滴を遠心分離し、
前記気流の発生、前記旋回の発生及び前記遠心分離を行うため前記一または複数の軸を回転させる、
空気清浄装置。 - 前記湿度制御部は、
所定のガスを検出するガスセンサと、
空気の温度及び湿度を検出する温湿度センサと、
前記ガスセンサの検出結果と前記温湿度センサの検出結果とに基づいて前記空気を加湿する加湿器とを有する、
請求項1に記載の空気清浄装置。 - 前記外壁には、前記遠心分離された水滴を外部に排出するための排出孔が設けられている、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気清浄装置。 - 前記一または複数の軸は前記第1軸であり、
前記取込冷却分離部は、プロペラファンとブレードファンを含み、
前記プロペラファンは、前記第1軸に取り付けられ、前記第1軸が回転すると回転し、
前記ブレードファンは、前記第1軸に取り付けられ、前記第1軸が回転すると回転し、
前記プロペラファンの回転は前記気流を発生させ、
前記ブレードファンの回転は前記旋回を発生させる、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の空気清浄装置。 - 前記一または複数の軸は前記第1軸、第2軸、第3軸を含み、
前記取込冷却分離部は、
前記第2軸を含み、かつ、前記気流を発生させる取込部と、
前記第1軸を含み、かつ、前記旋回を発生させる冷却部と、
前記第3軸を含み、かつ、前記遠心分離を行う分離部を含み、
前記気流を発生させるため前記第2軸を回転させ、前記旋回を発生させるため前記第1軸を回転させ、前記遠心分離を行うため前記第3軸を回転させる、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の空気清浄装置。 - 前記取込部は、プロペラファンを含み、
前記冷却部は、ブレードファンを含み、
前記プロペラファンは、前記第2軸に取り付けられ、かつ、前記第2軸が回転すると回転し、
前記ブレードファンは、前記第1軸に取り付けられ、かつ、前記第1軸が回転すると回転し、
前記プロペラファンの回転は前記気流を発生させ、
前記ブレードファンの回転は前記旋回を発生させる、
請求項5に記載の空気清浄装置。 - 空気の湿度を制御し、
前記湿度が制御された空気を取り込む気流を発生させ、これにより、前記湿度が制御された空気を取り込み、
前記取り込んだ空気を一または複数の軸に含まれる第1軸の周りに旋回させ、これにより、前記取り込んだ空気の前記第1軸側の空気と前記取り込んだ空気の前記一または複数の軸の少なくとも一部を取り囲む外壁側の空気との間に圧力差を生じさせ、前記圧力差によって、前記取り込んだ空気の少なくとも一部が冷却され、
前記冷却された空気から生じた水滴を遠心分離し、
前記気流の発生、前記旋回の発生及び前記遠心分離を行うため前記一または複数の軸を回転させる、
空気清浄方法。
