Abstract
Description
軸受ハウジング13には、皿バネ39を設置するための皿バネ設置面36が形成されている。皿バネ設置面36は、回転軸線Hを軸とする円柱外側面をなしている。皿バネ39は、その中央孔が皿バネ設置面36を周方向に囲むよう設置されることで、径方向に位置決めされる。皿バネ設置面36は、遮熱板受面35のコンプレッサ3側に連続するように形成されている。また、皿バネ設置面36は、遮熱板受面35とは面一に形成されている。

Claims (3)
- タービンのノズル流路内でノズルベーンを回動させる可変ノズルユニットと、
前記タービンのタービン翼車の回転軸の軸受を有する軸受ハウジングと、
前記タービン翼車と前記軸受ハウジングとの間に位置し、前記回転軸を周方向に囲む円環状の遮熱板と、
前記軸受ハウジングに形成され冷却水を流通させる水室と、を備え、
前記遮熱板は、
皿バネと共に前記可変ノズルユニットと前記軸受ハウジングとで軸方向に挟まれ、前記皿バネによって前記可変ノズルユニットに前記軸方向に押し当てられて固定されており、前記周方向に延びる嵌合部で前記軸受ハウジングに嵌め込まれて径方向に位置決めされており、
前記遮熱板は、
前記嵌合部に形成され前記軸受ハウジングに嵌込まれる嵌込み面と、前記嵌込み面よりも径方向内側に張り出し前記軸受ハウジングとの間に前記軸方向の隙間を空けて位置する内周側遮熱部と、を有し、
前記水室の少なくとも一部分が前記嵌合部と同じ径方向位置に存在する、可変容量型過給機。 - 前記嵌合部が、前記タービン翼車の外周縁よりも径方向内側に位置する、請求項1に記載の可変容量型過給機。
- 前記軸受ハウジングは、前記遮熱板の前記嵌込み面に対面する遮熱板受面と、前記皿バネが設置される皿バネ設置面と、を有し、
前記皿バネ設置面は、前記遮熱板受面と面一に形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の可変容量型過給機。
