Claims (11)
- 四角形で形成され、撮像面と反対の背面に複数のパッドが設けられる撮像素子と、
線状の複数の導体が並び前記導体の延在方向の一端部および他端部の辺が前記撮像素子の1辺より短い四角形の板状に絶縁被覆され、前記一端部および前記他端部における前記導体が板面表裏の少なくとも一方で露出する基板と、
前記基板の一端面を前記背面に当接して露出した前記一端部の前記複数の導体を前記パッドにそれぞれ接続する導電材と、を備える、
カメラモジュール。 - 前記基板の他端部で露出した前記複数の導体に、ケーブルの複数の心線のそれぞれが接続される、
請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。 - 前記ケーブルの内部被覆に覆われてそれぞれ絶縁された前記複数の心線が一括して前記内部被覆の外側からシールドにより覆われる、
請求項2に記載のカメラモジュール。 - 前記基板に、前記導体と導通する電装部品が実装される、
請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載のカメラモジュール。 - 前記パッドの形状が、円形、正方形または長方形のいずれかで形成される、

前記撮像素子の撮像面側に配置されるレンズと、を備える、

請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のカメラモジュール。 - 撮像素子を含むカメラモジュールにケーブルを接続する方法であって、
前記撮像素子の撮像面と反対の背面に設けられた複数のパッドと、前記撮像素子の前記背面と接続される板状の基板の一端部から他端部までに露出して設けられた線状の複数の導体と、のうち少なくとも一方に未固化の導電材を塗布する導電材塗布工程と、
前記基板の一端面を前記背面に当接する端面当接工程と、
前記導電材に、前記導電材の融点より高い温度の高温空気を吹き付け、溶融した前記導電材を介して前記パッドと前記導体とを導通接続する導電材固着工程と、
前記他端部で露出した前記複数の導体にケーブルの複数の心線のそれぞれを接合するケーブル接続工程と、を含む、
カメラモジュールのケーブル接続方法。 - 撮像素子を含むカメラモジュールにケーブルを接続する方法であって、
前記撮像素子の撮像面と反対の背面に設けられた複数のパッドと、前記撮像素子の前記背面と接続される板状の基板の一端部から他端部までに露出して設けられた線状の複数の導体と、のうち少なくとも一方に未固化の導電材を塗布する導電材塗布工程と、
前記基板の一端面を前記背面に当接する端面当接工程と、
前記導電材に、前記導電材の融点より高い温度のレーザ光を照射し、溶融した前記導電材を介して前記パッドと前記導体とを導通接続する導電材固着工程と、
前記他端部で露出した前記複数の導体にケーブルの複数の心線のそれぞれを接合するケーブル接続工程と、を含む、
カメラモジュールのケーブル接続方法。 - 撮像素子を含むカメラモジュールにケーブルを接続する方法であって、
前記撮像素子の撮像面と反対の背面に設けられた複数のパッドと、前記撮像素子の前記背面と接続される板状の基板の一端部から他端部までに露出して設けられた線状の複数の導体と、のうち少なくとも一方に未固化の導電材を塗布する導電材塗布工程と、
前記基板の一端面を前記背面に当接する端面当接工程と、
リフロー炉により加熱し、溶融した前記導電材を介して前記パッドと前記導体とを導通接続する導電材固着工程と、
前記他端部で露出した前記複数の導体にケーブルの複数の心線のそれぞれを接合するケーブル接続工程と、を含む、
カメラモジュールのケーブル接続方法。 - 前記撮像素子の1辺が1mm以下の四角形で形成された、
