Abstract
Description
いる。誘電体皮膜は、電極箔の表面をエッチングピットの内壁面を含めて酸化させて成る。この誘電体皮膜は、典型的には、ハロゲンイオン不在の緩衝溶液中で電極箔を陽極にして電圧印加することで形成される。緩衝溶液としては、ホウ酸アンモニウム、リン酸アンモニウム、アジピン酸アンモニウムをはじめとする有機酸アンモニウム塩等が挙げられる。
較例1の電極箔の長さは、実施例1が3750mmであり、比較例1の2763mmの1.36倍である。実施例1の容量維持率が85%と大きく、120Hzと100kHzの静電容量との差が少ないことを勘案すると、100kHzにおいても静電容量を維持できるという優位な効果を奏する。一方で、120Hzにおいては静電容量に与える影響は少ないと推察できる。
Claims (5)
- 電極箔と電解液とを有する電解コンデンサであって、 100kHzにおける静電容量が、120Hzにおける静電容量に対して50%以上であること、 を特徴とする電解コンデンサ。
- 前記100kHzにおける静電容量が、前記120Hzにおける静電容量に対して65%以上であること、 を特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解コンデンサ。
- 前記コンデンサは、100kHz以上の周波数領域で使用されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電解コンデンサ。
- 前記電解液はエチレングリコールを主体とする電解液であること、 を特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の電解コンデンサ。
- 前記電極箔はアルミニウム箔であること、 を特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の電解コンデンサ。
