Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1の接点開閉器について、固定接触子を含めて示す斜視図である。固定接触子8には固定接点7が設けられている。可動接触子2には、可動接点3が設けられており、可動接触子2は、可動板バネ1、可接支え4およびクロスバー5と連結されている。
本発明の実施の形態2の接点開閉器の可動板ばね1、可動接触子2、可接支え4の構成について、説明する。なお、実施の形態2の接点開閉器の他の構成に関しては、実施の形態1と同様の構成とできるため、説明は割愛する。実施の形態2の接点開閉器を説明するために、X方向、Y方向およびZ方向を、それぞれ、図9、図10に図示するように、互いに直交する方向として定義する。X方向は、一対の可動接点3や一対の固定接点7が並ぶ方向である。Z方向は、可動接点が移動する方向である。Z方向正側を上、負側を下と表現する場合もある。
Claims (4)
- 固定鉄心と、
一対の固定接点を備える固定接触子と、
前記固定鉄心に対応して配置され、前記固定鉄心に駆動される可動鉄心と、
前記固定接点と対向して設けられる一対の可動接点を下面側に備える可動接触子と、
前記可動接触子における前記可動接点が設けられる位置の裏面側に当接する押圧部を備える可動板ばねと、
可動板ばねの中央部に当接するように配置され、前記可動鉄心の駆動力を可動板ばねに伝える可接支えと、
を備え、
前記可動接触子は、前記可動接触子の長手方向中央部の両側面に、上下方向に延びる溝状の切欠き部を備え、
前記可動板ばねは、前記切欠き部に係合する係合部を備える、接点開閉器。 - 前記可動板ばねは、上方に延びて形成され、前記可接支えに係合する折り曲げ部を備える、請求項1に記載の接点開閉器。
- 前記可接支えは、上方に延びて形成される立設部を備え、前記折り曲げ部に前記立設部が嵌め合わされている、請求項2に記載の接点開閉器。
- 前記固定鉄心と一体に形成された樹脂製のクロスバーと、
前記クロスバーに収容され、前記可動鉄心の駆動力を前記可動支えに伝える押しばねをさらに備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の接点開閉器。
