Claims (9)
- 長尺なシャフト部と、
前記シャフト部の遠位部に固定される切断部と、を有し、
前記切断部の近位部は、リング状の切断刃を有し、当該切断刃が位置する面は、前記シャフト部の軸心に対して90度未満の角度で傾斜している除去デバイス。 - 前記切断部は、近位端から遠位側へ向かって凹部が形成されている請求項1に記載の除去デバイス。
- 前記凹部は、近位端から遠位端へ貫通する貫通孔である請求項1または2に記載の除去デバイス。
- 前記シャフト部は、前記切断部の軸心から径方向へ偏った位置に固定される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の除去デバイス。
- 前記シャフト部は、前記切断刃の近位端に固定されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の除去デバイス。
- 拡張可能な拡張部を有し、
前記拡張部は、前記切断部よりも遠位側に位置する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の除去デバイス。 - 前記拡張部は、近位側の間隙と、近位側の間隙よりも大きい遠位側の間隙と、を有する請求項6に記載の除去デバイス。
- 前記拡張部は折り返し可能であり、
前記拡張部の折り返されていない部位は、折り返された部位の間隙よりも大きい間隙を有する請求項6または7に記載の除去デバイス。 - 吸引力を作用させる内腔が形成されたシースと、
前記シースに挿入可能な除去デバイスと、を有する除去システムであって、
前記除去デバイスは、
