- 熱可塑性樹脂の延伸ファイバと、
前記延伸ファイバを被覆する断熱材と、を備える、異方熱伝導性樹脂ファイバ。 - バンドル化された複数の樹脂ファイバを備え、
前記樹脂ファイバが、熱可塑性樹脂の延伸ファイバと、前記延伸ファイバを被覆する断熱材とを有する、異方熱伝導性樹脂部材。 - 前記複数の樹脂ファイバを含む第1の領域及び第2の領域を備え、
前記第1の領域における前記複数の樹脂ファイバと、前記第2の領域における前記複数の樹脂ファイバとが、互いに異なる方向に延在している、請求項2に記載の樹脂部材。 - 前記第1の領域における前記複数の樹脂ファイバと、前記第2の領域における前記複数の樹脂ファイバとが、互いに略直交する方向に延在している、請求項3に記載の樹脂部材。
- 前記複数の樹脂ファイバを含む、第1の領域、第2の領域及び第3の領域を備え、
前記第1の領域における前記複数の樹脂ファイバと、前記第2の領域における前記複数の樹脂ファイバと、前記第3の領域における前記複数の樹脂ファイバとが、それぞれ互いに異なる方向に延在している、請求項2に記載の樹脂部材。 - 前記第1の領域における前記複数の樹脂ファイバと、前記第2の領域における前記複数の樹脂ファイバと、前記第3の領域における前記複数の樹脂ファイバとが、それぞれ互いに略直交する方向に延在している、請求項5に記載の樹脂部材。
- 熱可塑性樹脂を延伸して延伸ファイバを作製する工程と、
前記延伸ファイバを断熱材で被覆する工程と、を備える、異方熱伝導性樹脂ファイバの製造方法。 - 熱可塑性樹脂を延伸して延伸ファイバを作製する工程と、
前記延伸ファイバを断熱材で被覆して樹脂ファイバを作製する工程と、
複数の前記樹脂ファイバをバンドル化する工程と、を備える、異方熱伝導性樹脂部材の製造方法。
