Claims (7)
- 連続相と分散相とを備えるエマルションから多孔質成形体を製造する多孔質成形体の製造方法において、
硬化性化合物を含有した水相を前記連続相として備える前記エマルションにより、支持体上に膜を形成する膜形成工程と、
前記膜形成工程の後に、前記硬化性化合物を硬化させる硬化工程と、
前記硬化工程の後に、前記膜の前記分散相を除去する分散相除去工程と、
を有し、
前記エマルションは、前記分散相の体積をX1とし、前記連続相の体積をX2とするときに、X1/(X1+X2)が0.5以上0.9以下の範囲内であり、前記分散相の比重が前記連続相の比重よりも大きい多孔質成形体の製造方法。 - 前記エマルションの前記分散相の液滴は変形自在である請求項1に記載の多孔質成形体の製造方法。
- 前記エマルションは、前記分散相の比重をY1、前記連続相の比重をY2とするときに、Y1−Y2で求める比重差が少なくとも0.001である請求項1または2に記載の多孔質成形体の製造方法。
- 前記膜形成工程は、前記エマルションを前記支持体上で延展することにより、前記膜を形成する請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質成形体の製造方法。
- 前記膜形成工程は、移動する前記支持体上に前記膜を形成する請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質成形体の製造方法。
- 前記分散相を成す第1液を、前記連続相を成す第2液の流れの中において、前記第2液の流れの向きに、管状部材の先端から液滴として出すことにより、前記エマルションよりもX1/(X1+X2)が小さいエマルション基剤を生成する基剤生成工程と、
前記エマルション基剤における前記分散相を偏在させることにより、前記エマルション基剤中にX1/(X1+X2)が0.5以上0.9以下の範囲内である偏在領域を生成する偏在化工程と、
を有し、
前記膜形成工程は、前記エマルション基剤に生成した前記偏在領域を前記エマルションとして用いる請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質成形体の製造方法。 - 前記除去工程は、前記分散相の溶剤を前記膜に接触させることにより、前記分散相を除去する請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質成形体の製造方法。
