Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明に係るハイブリッド車両の制御方法を適用したハイブリッド車両の一実施の形態を示すブロック図である。本実施形態のハイブリッド車両1は、エンジン11と、発電機12と、電動機13と、バッテリ14と、駆動輪15,15と、駆動車軸16,16と、ディファレンシャルギヤ17と、を備える。本実施形態のハイブリッド車両1は、エンジン11の駆動力で駆動輪15,15を駆動するのではなく、電動機13の駆動力のみによって駆動輪15,15を駆動するものである。このタイプのハイブリッド車両1は、エンジン11、電動機13、駆動輪15,15が、直列接続(シリーズ接続)されることから、パラレル方式(並列方式)やスプリット方式のハイブリッド車両に対して、シリーズ方式のハイブリッド車両とも称される。
図2は、図1に示す本実施形態のハイブリッド車両1の制御系の主たる構成を示す制御ブロック図である。本実施形態の制御系は、図2に示すように、バッテリコントローラ23、アクセルセンサ25、車速センサ26及びS/Mセンサ27を入力要素とし、エンジンコントローラ21、発電機コントローラ22及び電動機コントローラ24を出力対象要素とし、入力要素からの各信号を車両コントローラ20で処理して出力対象要素に制御信号として出力する。

本発明が解決しようとする課題は、ドライバに与える違和感を緩和できるハイブリッド車両の制御方法及び制御装置を提供することである。
課題を解決するための手段

本発明は、車両を走行駆動させる電動機と、前記電動機に電力を供給する発電機と、前記発電機を駆動するエンジンと、を備えるハイブリッド車両の、前記車両に対する目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率を演算し、前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率に応じて、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率を設定し、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率に基づいて、前記エンジンの回転速度を制御する制御方法において、前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率が所定の閾値以上となった時点から、第2の所定時間が経過するまでは、前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率に応じたエンジンの回転速度の変化率に基づいて、前記エンジンの回転速度を制御し、前記第2の所定時間が経過した後は、予め定められた一定のエンジン回転速度の変化率に基づいて、前記エンジンの回転速度を制御することによって上記課題を解決する。また本発明は、車両を走行駆動させる電動機と、前記電動機に電力を供給する発電機と、前記発電機を駆動するエンジンと、を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御方法において、前記車両に対する目標駆動力を演算し、前記目標駆動力に対して時間的な遅れをもって第1の所定時間後までの間に前記目標駆動力に漸近する疑似駆動力と、前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率が所定の閾値以上となった時点の疑似駆動力であるラッチ疑似駆動力と、に応じて、前記エンジンの回転速度を制御することによって上記課題を解決する。
発明の効果

本発明によれば、エンジンの回転速度を、車両への目標駆動力に対して一意的に設定するのではなく、目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率に応じてエンジンの回転速度の変化率を定め、この変化率に基づいて制御するので、目標駆動力の変化量の絶対値又は変化の倍率が大きくてもエンジンの回転速度の急激な増加又は急激な減少が抑制される。その結果、ドライバが看取する唐突感といった違和感を緩和することができる。

Claims (11)
- 車両を走行駆動させる電動機と、前記電動機に電力を供給する発電機と、前記発電機を駆動するエンジンと、を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御方法において、
前記車両に対する目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率を演算し、
前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率に応じて、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率を設定し、
前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率に基づいて、前記エンジンの回転速度を制御するハイブリッド車両の制御方法。 - 前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率に応じて、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率を設定する場合において、
前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率が大きいほど、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率が大きくなるように設定する請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。 - 前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率に応じて、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率を設定する場合において、
前記目標駆動力に1次遅れ処理を施した疑似駆動力に応じ、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率を設定する請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。 - 前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率は、前記目標駆動力に対する前記疑似駆動力の到達率に相関する値に設定する請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- 前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率の絶対値は、所定の変化率以上に制限される請求項3又は4に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- 前記車両は、走行速度及びアクセル開度に対して設定される目標駆動力のプロファイルが異なる複数の走行仕様の設定が可能とされ、
走行速度に対して設定される目標駆動力が大きい走行仕様ほど、前記1次遅れ処理の時定数を小さく設定する請求項3又は4に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。 - 前記1次遅れ処理を施さない目標駆動力に基づいて、前記電動機を制御する請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- 前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率が所定の閾値以上となった時点から、所定時間が経過するまでは、前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率に応じたエンジンの回転速度の変化率に基づいて、前記エンジンの回転速度を制御する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- 前記所定時間が経過した後は、予め定められた一定のエンジン回転速度の変化率に基づいて、前記エンジンの回転速度を制御する請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- 前記車両は、前記電動機に電力を供給するバッテリをさらに備え、
前記バッテリから前記電動機に供給する電力では、前記目標駆動力に相当する要求電力が不足する場合は、前記発電機から前記電動機に、不足する電力を含めた電力を供給する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。 - 車両を走行駆動させる電動機と、前記電動機に電力を供給する発電機と、前記発電機を駆動するエンジンと、を備えるハイブリッド車両に用いられる制御装置であって、
前記車両に対する目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率を演算し、前記目標駆動力の変化量又は変化の倍率に応じて、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率を設定し、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化率に基づいて、前記エンジンの回転速度を制御するハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
