Claims (6)
- エネルギビームの照射領域に粉末材料を供給して敷き均し、前記粉末材料に対し前記エネルギビームを照射し前記粉末材料を溶融させて三次元の物体の造形を行う三次元造形装置において、
前記エネルギビームを出射し、前記エネルギビームを前記粉末材料に照射させるビーム出射部と、
前記粉末材料を収容可能とし、前記粉末材料を前記エネルギビームの照射領域へ供給させるための収容タンクと、
前記収容タンクに取り付けられ、前記収容タンクに収容される前記粉末材料を加熱する第一加熱部と、
を備えた三次元造形装置。 - 前記収容タンクから排出された前記粉末材料を載置するための床部に取り付けられ、前記床部に載置される前記粉末材料を加熱する第二加熱部と、
前記照射領域において水平方向へ移動可能に設けられ、前記床部に載置される前記粉末材料を前記照射領域へ供給する粉末供給機構と、
前記粉末供給機構に取り付けられ、前記照射領域に供給される前記粉末材料を加熱する第三加熱部と、
をさらに備える請求項1に記載の三次元造形装置。 - エネルギビームの照射領域に粉末材料を供給して敷き均し、前記粉末材料に対し前記エネルギビームを照射し前記粉末材料を溶融させて三次元の物体の造形を行う三次元造形方法において、
加熱部を設けた収容タンクを用い、前記収容タンクに収容された前記粉末材料を加熱する加熱工程と、
前記収容タンクから排出された前記粉末材料を前記エネルギビームの照射領域へ移動させた後、前記粉末材料に前記エネルギビームを照射して前記物体の造形を行う造形工程と、
を含む三次元造形方法。 - 前記収容タンクから排出された前記粉末材料を載置するための床部に取り付けられ、前記床部に載置される前記粉末材料を加熱する第二加熱部をさらに備える、
請求項1に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記照射領域において水平方向へ移動可能に設けられ、前記収容タンクから排出された前記粉末材料を載置するための床部に載置される前記粉末材料を前記照射領域へ供給する粉末供給機構と、
前記粉末供給機構に取り付けられ、前記照射領域に供給される前記粉末材料を加熱する第三加熱部をさらに備える、
請求項1に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記第一加熱部は、前記収容タンクの内部に配置され、
前記第一加熱部は、前記収容タンクの内壁面から離間して配置されている、
