Abstract
Description
また、本発明は、耐火性があり、軽量で、容易に作製できる車載用電池収容体を提供することを目的とする。
更に、本発明は、耐火性があり、軽量な車載用電池収容体を容易に作製できる車載用電池収容体の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
図1は、本発明に係る積層体によって形成された車載用電池収容体の一例を示す斜視図である。
本実施形態に示す車載用電池収容体1は、例えば電気自動車のフロアパネルの下側に配設されるものであり、トレイ2と、トレイ2内に収容される車載用電池としての複数個のバッテリモジュール3と、トレイ2の上方を覆うカバー4と、から構成される。なお、図1は、カバー4を外した状態を示している。
図7は、本発明品と比較品1〜3の耐火性を調べた際の温度変化を示すグラフである。耐火試験方法に使用される装置を図8に示す。この装置は、底部が開口する鉄製の箱体の底部を塞ぐように各試料(本発明品、比較品1〜3)を配置させた防火ボックス100と、ガソリンを入れたトレイ200と、耐火煉瓦300により構成される。耐火煉瓦300には、φ30の貫通穴が40mmピッチで配列されている。
比較品1は、本発明品における第2の層に代えて、3.0mm厚のアルミパネル(8.1kg/m2)を用い、強化繊維樹脂シートとアルミパネルを接着剤で接合したものである。
比較品2は、本発明品における第2の層に代えて、2.0mm厚のアルミパネル(5.4kg/m2)を用い、強化繊維樹脂シートとアルミパネルを接着剤で接合したものである。
比較品3は、本発明品の第1の層と同じ強化繊維樹脂シートからなる1層のみのシートである。
炎に対する曝露面は、本発明品が不織布側の面、比較品1、2がアルミパネル側の面である。
本発明において、車載用電池収容体1のトレイ2及びカバー4を形成する積層体5は、第1の層51と第2の層52の少なくとも2つの層を積層した後、第1の層51を構成する樹脂の少なくとも一部を溶融することで第2の層52と結合させて一体成形することによって形成される。この積層体5をトレイ2及びカバー4に用いて車載用電池収容体1を構成することにより、耐火性を備え、軽量な車載用電池収容体1を容易に作製することができる。
図4は、プレス成形機6を用いて車載用電池収容体1のトレイ2及びカバー4を製造する第1の製造方法の工程の一例を説明する図である。まず、積層体5の第1の層51を構成する樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂である場合について説明する。
図5は、プレス成形機6を用いて車載用電池収容体1のトレイ2及びカバー4を製造する第2の製造方法の工程の一例を説明する図である。
また、図6は、プレス成形機6を用いて車載用電池収容体1のトレイ2及びカバー4を製造する第3の製造方法の工程の一例を説明する図である。

Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱硬化性樹脂からなる第1の層と不燃性又は難燃性の不織布からなる第2の層とを少なくとも有する積層体であって、
前記第1の層と前記第2の層とは、前記第1の層の樹脂の少なくとも一部が溶融して前記第2の層と結合して一体化された一体成形品である、積層体。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂又は前記熱硬化性樹脂は、強化繊維樹脂である、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 前記不織布は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維又は黒鉛繊維の少なくともいずれか1つによって形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の積層体。
- 車載用電池を収容する収容体の少なくとも一部が、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の積層体により構成される、車載用電池収容体。
- 前記収容体は、前記積層体により形成されるトレイ及びカバーを有し、
前記トレイ及び前記カバーの少なくともいずれかのうち、内側表面と外側表面の少なくともいずれかが前記第2の層である、請求項4に記載の車載用電池収容体。 - 車載用電池を収容する収容体の少なくとも一部が積層体により構成される車載用電池収容体の製造方法であって、
前記積層体を、熱可塑性樹脂又は熱硬化性樹脂からなる第1の層と、不燃性又は難燃性の不織布からなる第2の層との少なくとも2つの層を積層した後、同時に一体成形し、前記第1の層の樹脂の少なくとも一部を溶融させて前記第2の層と結合させることによって形成する、車載用電池収容体の製造方法。 - 前記第2の層をプレス成形型にセットし、
前記第2の層の上に前記第1の層をセットし、
その後、両者を同時にプレスして一体成形する、請求項6に記載の車載用電池収容体の製造方法。 - 前記第1の層をプレス成形型にセットし、
前記第1の層の上に前記第2の層をセットし、
その後、両者を同時にプレスして一体成形する、請求項6に記載の車載用電池収容体の製造方法。 - 前記第2の層をプレス成形型にセットし、
前記第2の層の上に前記第1の層をセットし、
前記第1の層の上に更に前記第2の層をセットし、
その後、三者を同時にプレスして一体成形する、請求項6に記載の車載用電池収容体の製造方法。
