Claims (11)
- シャフト部と、
前記シャフト部の先端側に設けられた拡張および収縮可能な拡張体と、
前記拡張体に配置されて、生体組織に対して所定の維持処置を行う維持処置要素と、を有し、
前記拡張体は、前記シャフト部の軸方向と交差する方向に窪んだ凹部を有し、
前記維持処置要素は、前記凹部に配置される、医療デバイス。 - 前記拡張体は、患者の心房中隔に形成された貫通孔に前記凹部が配置された状態において前記貫通孔を介した血液の流れを許容する流通部を有する、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記拡張体は、当該拡張体の周方向の異なる複数の位置に前記凹部を有し、
前記維持処置要素は、複数の前記凹部の各々に配置される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記拡張体は、拡張変形した際に前記凹部を形成するように予め形状付けがなされた線状部材で構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記拡張体の前記凹部は、
底部と、
前記底部よりも前記軸方向の先端側に形成され、前記底部から前記軸方向と交差する方向に立ち上がる先端側起立部と、

- 心不全患者の右心房と左心房を連通するように心房中隔に形成された貫通孔を拡張する拡張工程と、
前記貫通孔付近における血行動態を確認する確認工程と、
前記貫通孔の大きさを維持するための維持処置を行う工程と、を有する処置方法。 - 心不全患者の右心房と左心房を連通するように心房中隔に形成された貫通孔を拡張する第1拡張工程と、
前記第1拡張工程よりも前記貫通孔を大きく拡張する第2拡張工程と、
前記第2拡張工程を施した前記貫通孔に対して前記貫通孔を維持するための維持処置を行う工程と、を有する処置方法。
