Claims (5)
- 光送受信部および超音波送受信部が先端部に配置されるとともに、前記光送受信部に接続した光ファイバと前記超音波送受信部に接続した信号線とを配置した回転可能な駆動シャフトと、
生体管腔に挿入可能に構成されるとともに、前記駆動シャフトが挿入可能であり、かつ、液体を流通可能なルーメンを備えた長尺状のシースと、
前記シースの前記ルーメンに前記液体を供給するポートと、前記シースの前記ルーメンと連通し、前記ポートからの前記液体が流通するとともに前記光ファイバ及び前記信号線が挿通する内部空間と、を備えたハブと、
前記ハブの前記内部空間に収容され、外部装置が備える外部光学コネクタおよび前記光ファイバと光学的に接続される光学コネクタと、前記外部装置が備える外部電気コネクタおよび前記信号線と電気的に接続される電気コネクタと、を備えたコネクタ部と、
前記ポートからの前記液体が前記光学コネクタと前記光ファイバとの第1接続部に流通することをシールする第1シール部と、
前記ポートからの前記液体が前記信号線と前記電気コネクタとの第2接続部に流通することをシールする第2シール部と、を有する画像診断用カテーテル。 - 前記コネクタ部は、前記光学コネクタを取り付ける接続部材をさらに備え、
前記接続部材は、先端側から基端側にかけて前記光ファイバを挿通させる空洞を備えた挿通部を備え、
前記第1シール部は、前記挿通部の前記空洞に充填される充填剤を含む、請求項1に記載の画像診断用カテーテル。 - 前記接続部材は、外表面から前記挿通部の前記空洞に連通する連通孔を備える、請求項2に記載の画像診断用カテーテル。
- 前記挿通部には、前記信号線が一部収容され、
前記接続部材は、前記挿通部に収容された前記信号線を前記第2接続部へ導出する導出部と、前記電気コネクタを装着する装着部と、を備え、
前記コネクタ部は、前記接続部材に取り付けられるとともに、前記接続部材に組み付けた状態で前記第2接続部を被覆する被覆空間を形成する被覆部材を備え、
前記第2シール部は、前記被覆部材を前記接続部材に組み付けて前記第2接続部を被覆し、かつ、前記被覆空間に前記充填剤を充填することによって構成する、請求項2または3に記載の画像診断用カテーテル。 - 前記充填剤は接着剤を含み、
前記信号線は、表面にフッ素系樹脂を含み、
前記信号線の前記表面には、前記接着剤に対する接着力を向上させる表面処理が施されている、請求項4に記載の画像診断用カテーテル。
