Description
図1は、検討例の空気調和装置1の構成図である。図2は、本実施の形態に従う空気調和装置201の構成図である。最初に、図1、図2の共通部分について説明を行なう。
図1および図2には、暖房時における冷媒の流れる向きが矢印で示されている。
通常の暖房運転モードでの冷媒の流れを図5に示す。
低能力暖房運転モードでの冷媒の流れを図6に示す。
流路切替弁202は、冷房運転時に、ポートB1、ポートB2およびポートCが連通するともにポートAとは非連通とされるように構成される。
Claims (4)
- 暖房運転中に、冷媒が圧縮機、室内熱交換器、膨張弁および室外熱交換器の順に循環する空気調和装置であって、
前記圧縮機と前記室外熱交換器との間の流路に設けられた切替弁を備え、
前記室外熱交換器は、それぞれ流路が独立した第1熱交換部と第2熱交換部とを含み、
前記切替弁は、
前記圧縮機の吸入口に接続される第1接続ポートと、
前記第1熱交換部に接続される第2接続ポートと、
前記第2熱交換部に接続される第3接続ポートと、
前記圧縮機の吐出口に接続される第4接続ポートとを含み、
前記暖房運転時に、前記第2接続ポート、前記第3接続ポートおよび前記第1接続ポートは、連通するとともに前記第4接続ポートとは非連通とされ、
前記第1熱交換部の除霜運転時に、前記第4接続ポートと前記第2接続ポートとが互いに連通するとともに、前記第3接続ポートと前記第1接続ポートとが互いに連通し、
前記第2熱交換部の除霜運転時に、前記第4接続ポートと前記第3接続ポートとが互いに連通するとともに、前記第2接続ポートと前記第1接続ポートとが互いに連通し、
前記暖房運転時に、前記圧縮機の吐出口と吸入口との間に直列に接続される流量制限部と開閉弁とをさらに備える、空気調和装置。 - 前記開閉弁は、前記暖房運転時に開閉制御され、前記開閉弁が開状態のときの前記空気調和装置の暖房能力は、前記開閉弁が閉状態のときの前記空気調和装置の暖房能力よりも低い、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記暖房運転時に前記圧縮機の吐出口を前記室内熱交換器に接続し前記圧縮機の吸入口を前記開閉弁および前記流量制限部を介在させて前記圧縮機の吐出口に接続し、冷房運転時に前記圧縮機の吐出口を前記開閉弁を介在させて前記第4接続ポートに接続し前記圧縮機の吸入口を前記室内熱交換器に接続するように構成される、四方弁をさらに備え、
前記開閉弁と前記流量制限部との間の流路は、前記第4接続ポートに接続され、
前記切替弁は、前記冷房運転時に、前記第2接続ポート、前記第3接続ポートおよび前記第4接続ポートが連通するともに前記第1接続ポートとは非連通とされるように構成される、請求項1または2に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記切替弁は、
第1中間ポートと第2中間ポートの何れか一方を前記第2接続ポートに連通させ、他方を閉止するように構成された第1弁体を内部でスライドさせる第1シリンダと、
前記第1中間ポートを前記第1接続ポートおよび前記第3接続ポートに連通させるとともに、前記第2中間ポートを前記第4接続ポートに連通させる第1状態と、前記第2中間ポートを前記第3接続ポートおよび前記第4接続ポートに連通させるとともに、前記第1中間ポートを前記第1接続ポートに連通させる第2状態との切替を行なう第2弁体を内部でスライドさせる第2シリンダとをさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。
