Claims (4)
- 長尺状のガラスフィルムをその長手方向に沿って搬送する搬送工程と、
前記搬送工程により前記ガラスフィルムを搬送しつつ、前記ガラスフィルムにレーザ照射装置からレーザ光を照射することにより、前記ガラスフィルムを分離する切断工程と、を備え、
前記切断工程では、分離された前記ガラスフィルムの幅方向端部から糸状剥離物を螺旋状に発生させ、
前記糸状剥離物の幅が180μm以上300μm以下であり、かつ前記糸状剥離物の螺旋直径が80mm以上200mm以下であることを特徴とするガラスフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記ガラスフィルムに照射される前記レーザ光の直径が160μm以上400μm以下である請求項1に記載のガラスフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記ガラスフィルムに照射される前記レーザ光の前記直径が160μm以上300μm以下である請求項2に記載のガラスフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記糸状剥離物の前記幅が200μm以上270μm以下であり、かつ前記糸状剥離物の前記螺旋直径が90mm以上150mm以下である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガラスフィルムの製造方法。
