Claims (6)
- 試薬と検体を混合した反応液を注入した反応容器が搭載される複数のポジションを有するヒートブロックと、
前記ヒートブロックを加熱する帯状ヒータを備え、
前記帯状ヒータはヒートブロックの外周に、当該帯状ヒータの両端領域が隣接するよう巻きつけて取り付けられ、
前記帯状ヒータは、通電により発熱する発熱抵抗体、前記発熱抵抗体を挟み込むように配置されることで外部に対し電気的に絶縁する絶縁膜、および、前記発熱抵抗体の両端部に取り付けられ、当該発熱抵抗体に電力を供給する第一および第二の給電線とを備え、
前記帯状ヒータの両端領域における発熱抵抗体の幅が、他の領域における発熱抵抗体の幅よりも狭く形成されている、自動分析装置。 - 試薬と検体を混合した反応液を注入した反応容器が搭載される複数のポジションを有するヒートブロックと、
前記ヒートブロックを加熱する帯状ヒータを備え、
前記帯状ヒータはヒートブロックの外周に、当該帯状ヒータの両端領域が隣接するよう巻きつけて取り付けられ、
前記帯状ヒータは、通電により発熱する発熱抵抗体、前記発熱抵抗体を挟み込むように配置されることで外部に対し電気的に絶縁する絶縁膜、および、前記発熱抵抗体の両端部に取り付けられ、当該発熱抵抗体に電力を供給する第一および第二の給電線とを備え、
前記帯状ヒータの両端領域が前記帯状ヒータの長手方向に対して垂直方向に並んで配置されており、
前記発熱抵抗体は前記第一の給電線および前記第二の給電線を通る通電方向に垂直な断面積幅が一様であり、
前記第一の給電線が接合される接合部と、前記第二の給電線が接合される接合部が、前記帯状ヒータの長手方向に垂直な方向に並ぶ位置より前記発熱抵抗体の端部側に位置する、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記発熱抵抗体は、前記帯状ヒータの長手方向の両端を折り返して、前記帯状ヒータの両端領域が所定の間隔を挟んで対向するように配置されている、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第一の給電線と前記第二の給電線はそれぞれ反対方向に延びるように取り付けられる、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の自動分析装置において、
前記発熱抵抗体の両端部領域に孔が設けられている、自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記帯状ヒータの両端領域が前記帯状ヒータの長手方向に対して垂直方向に並んで配置される、自動分析装置。
