Claims (7)
- スクロール流路からタービン翼車へ流入するガスを通過させるガス流入路と、前記タービン翼車の回転軸線方向に互いに対面し前記ガス流入路を形成するハブ壁面およびシュラウド壁面と、を備えるタービンに用いられる可変ノズルユニットであって、
前記ハブ壁面および前記シュラウド壁面の間に配置され、前記ガス流入路内で前記タービン翼車の前記回転軸線に平行な回動軸線周りに回動可能な可変ノズル翼を備え、
前記可変ノズル翼は、前縁と、後縁と、前記ハブ壁面に対面するハブ端面と、前記シュラウド壁面に対面するシュラウド端面と、を含み、
前記可変ノズル翼は、前記ハブ端面が前記前縁側において前記シュラウド端面よりも前記回転軸線の径方向外側にはみ出すと共に、前記ハブ端面が前記後縁側において前記シュラウド端面よりも前記回転軸線の径方向内側にはみ出すように、前記後縁と前記回動軸線との間に位置するひねり中心周りでひねられて構成される、可変ノズルユニット。 - 前記ハブ端面と前記シュラウド端面との間のひねり角は1.0〜5.0°に設定されている、請求項1に記載の可変ノズルユニット。
- 前記ハブ端面が前記シュラウド端面よりも前記径方向外側にはみ出す外側面積は、前記ハブ端面が前記シュラウド端面よりも前記径方向内側にはみ出す内側面積よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の可変ノズルユニット。
- 前記ハブ端面が前記シュラウド端面よりも前記径方向外側にはみ出す外側面積は、前記ハブ端面が前記シュラウド端面よりも前記径方向内側にはみ出す内側面積よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の可変ノズルユニット。
- 前記ひねり中心は、前記前縁と前記後縁との間の距離を基準として、前記前縁から70〜85%の領域に位置する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の可変ノズルユニット。
- 前記タービンに設けられた請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の可変ノズルユニットを備える、過給機。
- 前記タービンに設けられた請求項5に記載の可変ノズルユニットを備える、過給機。
