Claims (2)
- 所定の部材が潤滑剤を介して摺接する摺接面を有する有摺接面部材であって、
前記摺接面は平坦なプラトー部と溝部とを有するホーニング加工面であり、
前記摺接面の断面曲線から導かれるISO13565−1に基づいて求められた平均線を用いて算出される前記摺接面の十点平均粗さ、切断レベル20%における負荷長さ率、有効負荷粗さ、及び平均線から0.2μm以上の深さを有する前記溝部の間隔の平均値がそれぞれ、0.6μm以上7.0μm以下、60%以上98%以下、0μm以上1μm以下、且つ、79μm以上280μm以下であることを特徴とする有摺接面部材。 - 前記有摺接面部材が内燃機関に用いられるシリンダブロックであり、かつ前記摺接面がシリンダボアの内周壁面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有摺接面部材。
